HYCO LAKE IS NOW OPEN TO VISITORS WITH A SWIM. /BOAT AT YOUR OWN RISK ADVISORY . THERE ARE REPORTED AREAS OF LARGE DEBRIS, NOT YET CLEANED UP OR MARKED. OUR DIVING BOARD IS ALSO CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER. NOTICE FOR SAFETY REASONS. STARLINK INTERNET ! Lakefront cottage at Hyco Lake!Warm deep water with a large cove for swimming and boating. We have 2 kayaks and one paddleboard for your use. If you have not visited Hyco Lake this is your chance to experience a noncommercial lake with great fishing , swimming and boating. Don't miss your chance to view the wild life and nature North Carolina has to offer. 3Bedrooms, 2 Baths ,screened porch, covered lake dock and boathouse. Our boat is on the boatlift , but there brackets on dock for your boat. We also have floats and life jackets available for your swimming. Newly renovated kitchen! BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO CATS, DOGS ONLY MAXIMUM OF 2 AND MUST BE CRATED IF NOT SUPERVISED.

We have had many fun weekends at our lake home. We have 4 grown kids and a teen grandchild. We stay very busy during the week and always look forward to any time to unwind on the lake front home with family. Secluded area of Semora NC makes for some low key special family memories.

We love coffee on the screened porch in the mornings. And the short walk to the dock for great fishing and swimming. Low key atmosphere and family times outdoors.
