As advertised, clean and nicely appointed. The primary b/r is very large and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is only a 3/4 wall if privacy is an issue. Wasn't for us. I'd stay there again!
The property is just as advertised, and is in a great location. I particularly enjoyed its close proximity to walking trails along the river. Will be back for sure!
Enjoyed my stay. Nice location. As the space is pet friendly, be mindful of the presence of pet hair. Will consider the space should future travels include Danville

Nice Property
The property and management appeared to be going through some changes and I provided a list of suggestions to the host for hopefully improvements on the check in process and the overall stay.
The property is well maintained. The unit was exactly as we expected. Location is perfect. The proerty manager was very helpful .We would definitely stay again.
As others have noted, this apartment is exactly as pictured and is located in a converted warehouse in downtown Danville, right next to the river and the Riverwalk trail. It is very spacious and has a very well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
The only minor downsides would be the lack of any body wash/soap for the showers, and the somewhat dated bathrooms, although they were clean.
I would happily stay here if I was visiting Danville again.
Location of property perfect! Very easy to get to VIR from property. Very spacious, loved we both had our own bathroom. Great place to come back to after 12 hour days at VIR.
Problems: Lock box for key a royal pain to get open, kind lady in 115 heard us struggling. Took 2 people to finally open. Floors in apartment were sticky, Wasn't too fond of the spiders/bugs that were in the bathroom downstairs but made concession as area so wooded.
Would I stay there again? Absolutely with problems above addressed.
Thank you for an overall great place to stay.
Everything is new-ish, fresh, and well done in a historic converted warehouse apartment building in the River District.
The apartment is a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, and the Riverwalk recreational trail, which is accessed out of the parking lot in back of the building.
Nice big T.V. and high speed wi-fi.
Bedding is o.k. If you're really particular about your pillow, bring your own (I always do).
A note to you light sleepers: there are train tracks close to the building, and the whistle can be heard in the still of the night. Bring ear plugs if that might be a problem for you.
Great communication from the P.M. Kim.
First time staying in this type of place, normally we aim to stay in stand alone houses. It was actually really great. Location was perfect for the Carrington Pavilion Harvest Jubilee (Cooper Alan & Thomas Mac concer). Plus a fenced in dog park right around the corner. All of the permanent residents we encountered were friendly.
Great location for people and especially pets. Everything was amazing. The property was fully furnished. Kitchen had all weNeeded to eat in and enjoy adult beverages. Fist cost to Danville. WeWill be coming back and staying with Kim. We
This is our third visit to the historic river district and we loved it again. It’s an easy walk for coffee, dinner and the bridge. We visited the farm market on Saturday morning as well. We love the convenience of our own place to stay while visiting family.

Weekend visit
Good location, apartment was clean. Mix up with host and ended up in unit that did not have what I needed for the weekend. Key pad difficult to open at first. Key box would not open with code. Slow communication with host. Would not rely on host for urgent questions or concerns.
The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future!
We were traveling from Brooklyn to Florida and my cousin recommended we all stay there as she had stayed at Kim's place before. Perfect location and place to relax and stroll around as we enjoyed a days rest to break up the drive. Thanks Kim
This place was in an excellent location and we totally enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very well equipped. We loved being so close to the river walk and within walking distance of restaurants. The one drawback was the noise from the train close by. However, we would stay here again because the location, atmosphere and comfort of the rooms were well worth it.
We enjoyed the space and location. Would be wonderful to add guest soaps and shampoo~

Mismanaged
We arrived to find no bath towels and it took hours to get them and even then the cleaning lady questioned our intelligence asking if we weren't able to know what a bath towel is. A lot more could have been provided in the kitchen and the parking was under a tree that left our car filthy had to have it washed twice in the short time we were there. Also it would have been good to have instructions on using the TV. We would like to have had a TV in the bedroom.
