This Dover Bay home has all the luxury and amenities you'll love while on vacation. Located in the 'Cabin in the Woods' neighborhood, you're a short walk to everything in the Dover Bay Resort, and only 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint, where you will find great restaurants, shops, breweries, wineries, art galleries and Sandpoint City Beach Park. USA today named Sandpoint one of the top 10 picture perfect mountain towns and a Norman Rockwell meets Ansel Adams Classic. A four seasons town with so much to offer.

In winter, you're just 30 minutes away from Idaho's largest ski mountain, Schweitzer - downhill, cross country, snowmobiling, sledding and terrain park are world class. Dover Bay also has a full marina, restaurant/bar, store, (with beer sales) canoe, kayak, paddle board rentals, tennis courts, swimming pool and exercise gym are some of the amenities offered at Dover Bay. Sandpoint Water Sports is located at the Dover Bay Marina. They offer a variety of boat rentals to get your family and friends having some serious fun out on the lake. This is all within a 5 min walk from the home.

Step into a peaceful, beautifully furnished home. A stone fireplace anchors the living room and the kitchen. A wrap-around covered deck will have you enjoying as many meals outside as you can, among the greenery of the landscaping, and includes an outdoor fireplace, private hot tub, dining table, and several different seating options. This home sits on a large lot ideal for socializing and playing yard games.

The master bedroom and bath on the main floor are both tastefully decorated. New king size bed, desk, and a wall mounted smart TV. The en-suite has granite counters with double sinks. Two separate shower heads in the huge walk-in shower are spa like. Full access to the large patio from the master as well. A second bedroom with King bed and a smart TV. The main floor also has a full bathroom, full size laundry, kitchen, dining and living room.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a storage closet. Bedroom 1 has two sets of twin-size beds, a table for playing games and two lounging chairs. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and a twin bed. A nice cozy chair and ottoman are ideal for enjoying a good book. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.

This four-season community is a 'hub' for all the fun Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer have to offer. In summer, you'll enjoy the many miles of pristine walking trails, boating on the lake, and biking the 4 miles into Sandpoint. Migratory birds move through the area spring and fall, and the changing autumn colors are gorgeous here.
