Our host, Kari, was communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. The accommodations were great! Spacious and comfortable with views of the lake and mountains. The condo is a short walk to downtown Sandpoint where shops and eateries abound.

Kari was terrific. This was a ladies trip with 10 of us. We had everything we needed. Plenty of beds, comfortable bedding. The decor is amazing, cozy and clean. All the amenities were available. Close to downtown with easy access to the property. We all were very pleased. AMAZING! See you again Lakeside Escape!

Perfect Location

This condo is right on the water. You can walk to the boat dock in two minutes and be gone in five. The place is very nicely remodeled, plenty of room for large or multiple families. Very clean and has most of the essentials to stay for a while. The hosts were great to deal with and very communicative. The entire rental process was very easy, making our trip easier. We will be back. If there were 10 stars on everything, the place and hosts would get it!

Great time had by all

Condo del Sol is located within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and the City Beach, and a short drive to Schweitzer and a 30 minute drive to Silverwood. The on-site pools were a must for our littles who swam everyday. In unit laundry was super helpful. We used the on-site picnic shelters to bar-b-q in the lovely summer evenings. The condo itself is 2 floors plus a loft which afforded everyone room to move or hide out. The highway and train tracks are just across the water which did get noisy at times but we were out everyday so weren't too impacted. Sandpoint has just about anything you need. While we didn't need to contact the host during our stay, the response time before and after was practically immediate and very helpful.

Cozy Convenient Getaway

This condo is conveniently situated right off the highway on a well maintained property next to the lake. It is an easy walk to the downtown area and to the city beach. Although we didn’t use the pool on the property, it looked to be clean and nicely maintained as well.We were a party of 10 ladies and had ample space to spread out, sleep and relax. The only reason I gave this a 4 star rating was due to a couple of unexpected issues. Our hot water heater on one side stopped working on the first day. Also, one of the wall a/c units had to be shut off due to a very loud noise it started making. I have to say that the property manager and owner were very quick to respond to these issues to help resolve them the best they could. It was an inconvenience that we were able to muddle through. They also applied a credit for the inconvenience.I would recommend this property as it is clean, well situated and the quick response of the property manager and owner.
