The property boasts a private beach front on the Pack River, volleyball, archery, a garden, hiking or biking trails, places to sit and enjoy the view and so much more. In the winter, find cross country skiing out your front door, or be at the village of epic alpine skiing trails on Schweitzer mountain in less than 30 minutes.

Drive to nearby Sandpoint for skiing, beach life, boat tours, wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and small town shopping.

The house features 2 king beds and 3 queen beds with high end mattresses, pillows and linens, and air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests.
