Built in 2023, this cute little apartment is completely separate from the 1890 Farmhouse it is attached to. you will enjoy your own driveway entrance, off street parking, private patio and kitchenette. Think of it as a great Hotel room, but SO much better! Pets are welcome with $30 pet fee.service animals welcome with no fee if paperwork is provided to show certification.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 11am. While I don’t need you to do any cleaning, I do ask my guests to just kickstart the process before they go by starting the first load of laundry.
Strip bed linens, throw them as well as towels and washcloths used into the wash and start the laundry. Use the “quick wash” settings. Laundry detergent is under the kitchen sink. PLEASE

We had a very pleasant stay. We spent most of our time out and about. It's a beautiful area. We enjoyed the cozy apartment. It is well kept and very comfortable with a nice little kitchenette-ish. Only a microwave and toaster oven for cooking, which was plenty for us. The next door neighbors were a little rowdy that weekend but it didn't bother us. The landlord is very communicative and accomodating. All in all, a wonderful trip.

Great location

Carlton was a great location to do some wine country bike touring. Lots of quiet roads and wonderful scenery. This apartment was located only a couple blocks from downtown Carlton and a variety of restaurants, but was in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations with all the necessities.

Cute, cozy and clean little cottage in the perfect Carlton location, just a couple blocks to darling main street. The patio was a lovely place for an evening glass of wine and morning coffee. Communication with Ed was easy, we enjoyed our stay...
