Room 24- The Triple. This Deluxe guest room is located on the second floor of the Folliday Inn with entry from a covered porch. Furnished with a queen-sized bed. All of our deluxe guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. My husband and I just stayed a night to get away and enjoy the surf. We enjoyed the location, a block to dinner and a few to the beach. The condo was just what we needed. It was clean and service was great. We appreciated the early check in. Wed certainly stay again.

Overall very close to the beach and downtown Folly. The room itself was clean but the bed was not too comfortable. The roof also leaked throughout our stay and the walls are quite thin.

This rental met all our needs. Adorable boutique hotel rental. The unit was very clean, updated, and was exactly as described. Walkable to all area restaurants and shopping. Easy beach access just across road. Although we did not take advantage of the pool, the area looked great. The only downside was walls kind of thin.

Pesky fire alarm

Great location and very clean. The pool was lovely and the yard was super comfy. We enjoyed our stay other than a super sensitive fire alarm! I bet it went off 10 times in 3 days when opening the door to leave the premises. Would definitely stay there again if the firm alarm was addressed.

Nice clean room. Definitely good for only 2 people. Not a deal breaker but just an fyi. Thin walls and very strong smells that are not allowed coming in the rooms. A few other people staying around us made comments as well. Conveniently located to walk anywhere around Folly Beach.

Great for long weekend

The convenience of this location couldn’t get much better. Both property and room were clean and well kept. The room is small and there is not good storage like a dresser or space to hang more than a few clothing items. The walls are also very thin so I could easily see noise being an issue. I do recommend the place but there needs to be additional storage added, as it would make staying for longer than a weekend much more reasonable!

Perfect get away

The room was exactly as described. Perfectly within walking distance from the beach , bars , shops , and restaurants. Bed was comfy and room was clean. We will definitely be staying here again. There was only one review for this when we booked. It stated a fishy smell outside of the room. Well we never smelled that. But you are at the beach. As well as behind restaurant that serve fish. But again. We never smelt that.
