Mayo Lake Cottages

Enjoy panoramic views of beautiful Mayo Lake! This comfortable lake home offers beautiful, well-maintained private wooded grounds with a fire pit, great outdoor green space for yard games and easy lake access. The main home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths along with a lakeside porch and large deck overlooking lake. There are also 2 adorable bunk cottages, each can sleep 4-5.

The Space
With 150 feet of shoreline, enjoy fishing off the dock or simply watch the loons and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. You will be just minutes from downtown Pequot Lakes and Nisswa for all your shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Guest Access
The main house features a Murphy bed on main level separated by curtains from the living room. 3/4 bath on the main floor as well as the kitchen that walks out to the deck. Lower level master features a queen bed with lots of windows with views of lake. There is outside access to the lakefront from this bedroom. 2nd bedroom lower level has a full queen size bed. Bathroom in lower level has a shower however it is a lower ceiling than standard showers. There is a covered gazebo with a very large picnic table and propane grill right outside main house and bunk house. There is also a charcoal grill; please bring your own charcoal.

Each guest house sleeps 4-5. Bunk house #1 is fully remodeled with all wood and offers a full size bed with single bunk above. It also has a full size futon. There is a mini fridge for convenience as well as a bar, big screen TV and card table for game night in the bunk house. Guest cottage #2 features 1 queen bed, a pull out full size Murphy bed and a sofa. There is also a mini fridge in this cottage as well. Both guest houses have air conditioning. Please note that there is no running water or bathroom in the cottage or bunk house. Both Bunk and cottage are steps from main cabin. Between the 2 guest cottages is a traditional very nicely done "outhouse" for guest use.

Amazing lake views with a dock to fish off of. There is 1 kayak to use, please bring your own life vest. Fire pit is located just outside main cabin and bunk house, please provide your own firewood.
