This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite plus 2 parking spaces only. This unit features a flatscreen Smart TV where you can access all your favorite apps, BluRay DVD/CD Player, wood burning fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus full bathroom. The downstairs master features a Queen bed with ensuite half bathroom with shower and sink only. The loft features a queen bed and a full bed, plus a flatscreen tv, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 - a great hang out space for the kids! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Nice little spot right in town.

This was a great little spot to crash while we boarded our legs off in Mammoth over Spring Break. Condo was well stocked and we had no issues. A second toilet would have been nice but not a big inconvenience. Would stay here again for sure.

Sierra Stay

Perfect weekend stay for snowboarding. Great location, close to shops & food. Had coffee maker & rice cooker to use to cook meals. Shampoo, conditioner, & lotion was available for showers. The loft & bedroom gave enough room for everyone staying. Only downside to the stay was the outlets/power did not hold off strong enough for my blow dryer to work. Otherwise, great stay & easy instructions to follow.

Near red line!

Very close walk to the red line! Stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. The couch in the living room had a surprise pull out sleeper but we didn’t use it because it didn’t look too appealing. Please note: This listing only has ONE toilet. Two showers but ONE toilet. We weren’t the biggest fan of this. The listing says one of the bathrooms is shower only but we didn’t think it meant literally just a shower. Usually it means like no tub. Overall a great stay if you’re just looking for somewhere to crash and near the shuttle.I’d stay here again but not with a big group.

Ski weekend with friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and our friends (two couples) spent three nights to ski at mammoth and we really enjoyed this place. The location is great, in walking distance to many restaurants and two grocery stores and only a few minutes drive to the ski hill. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and spend the night in when we wanted but was also within walking distance to many restaurants and bars when we wanted to go out. We didn’t have any matches or lighters to start a fire which would have been nice. The place is reasonably clean, the carpets felt a little old and dirty. The jacuzzi in the complex was very nice and located right behind the unit. As others have mentioned, it’s a little awkward with only one toilet but we managed with four people. Check in and out was super easy.

We reached at 10 PM and there were no keys to get in the condo. We had to find a new place to stay in the night by ourselves, vrbo guys did not even help in finding another place to stay and they have still not refunded our money. Absolutely will not recommend going to this vacation rental.

The location is convenient in town to walk to a bus stop for skiing or some eateries. The only thing is that 2 bathrooms description isn't exactly we expected. There are two showers but only one toilet.

Cute place but not the best for summer.

The property is in a great location and is overall very nice. It had new carpeting and seemed quite clean. It is rather dated and there is an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The management company was fabulous. We had one incident where the wiring on the cable for the TV wasn’t working. They sent someone out right away. He was polite and very thorough. Because there’s no air conditioning it gets quite warm in the condo. It is on the second floor so I was OK with leaving the bedroom windows open. The trash truck comes at 7:15 every other day so if you plan on sleeping in this is an issue. The kitchen is very well appointed. Lots of serving bowls good pots and pans and enough dinnerware for 6 to 8 people easily. One of the best appointed kitchens we’ve seen at a rental.

President's Day family weekend

The carpeting was dirty to the touch with small rocks and debris, and There were pieces of potato chips, coins and an old sock under the couch and table. The kitchen facilities were adequate. There was only one toilet in the unit considering it was billed as a 1.5 bath unit.

Sweet and Simple

We simply picked up our keys from the drop box (no having to awkwardly go through the unit with the owner), drove down the street, and entered our unit. Sierra Manors was great because they have two spas, a pool, and saunas! We were lucky enough to be RIGHT next to a spa and sauna, which we definitely utilized. The only thing, which is very minor, was that there was no air conditioning. The unit and loft would get really hot at night and there are no windows upstairs to let any fresh air in.

Unfortunately the unit need to be dusted or better cleaned because my allergies went crazy and had to purchase medicine. It always cleared up when I left the unit. The carpet and entry needs cleaning...first impressions when walking in makes for a lasting impression.The couch needs to be replaced. It's sunken in the center and toward the back. Someone must have waxed their winter equipment with the iron because there was wax dripping off it when it was heated (lucky we didn't ruin any clothes).There were loose planks on the stairs leading up to the unit on the north end...I felt a bit uneasy walking on them.Side note: watch for bats at the front door. One welcomed us. :)I come to Mammoth regularly (every month) in the winter and I would not select this unit again.
