An Irish farmhouse located on three gorgeous acres ten minutes outside of Lexington city.
The space
This brand new, 500 square foot, almost-tiny-home gives you the feeling of living in a tiny home while leaving so much room for a memorable trip. It has unique amenities such as a large claw foot tub, an outdoor propane fire pit, and a spacious screened in porch overlooking the mountains. The theme of the home incorporates both a fresh modern look and some classic antique Irish decor.

This cottage is located approximately 100 yards from a separate private residence and is close to the highway.
This home is pet friendly. Outdoor camera located above porch entrance to monitor driveway for safety.
