As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next a winding lake, Unit #724 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms condo, offering state of the art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (range, oven, dishwasher and ice maker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, dining area, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor balcony overlooking the surrounding woods. All bedrooms feature queen sized beds and ceiling fans. Additionally the Master Bedroom feature and on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The unit is located one floor above our main level.

Family vacay to Fall Creek Falls State Park

The condo was lovely, minor issue with sink/garbage disposal resolved by manager...the property and grounds unfortunately was a bit unkept.

Lovely Condo Close to Fall Creek Falls

Check in went smoothly once I found email from mgmt company. Owner and mgmt very responsive. One of our favorite VRBO interiors. Roomy, clean, quiet and in a beautiful, if remote, area. Cold AC. Pool was incredible, with views of adjacent lake and no one else there. About 13 mins from Fall Creek Falls park entrance. Slight ding for hvac guy being there 2 hrs into our check in, but unit was comfortable entire stay and we were given free late checkout. Recommend!

The fridge didn’t work. Lost so much money on food. Washer&dryer didn’t work. No towels. The condo was run down and dirty. Couldn’t use the decks because of wasps. Bird crap and feathers were everywhere outside the door. Hair found on sheets. Cliff and Lisa didn’t care at all about any of our complaints. Wouldn’t recommend this condo !!!!!

Great fishing but BIG ISSUES!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At our stay for 6/24/16 - 6/26/16, we had some issues at the very beginning. When we first arrived at the resort, the main entrance was chained up and locked. So we drove around to see if there was another main entrance way. There was not, so we went into the construction entrance. (Need to have another sign posted by the road of what entrance to use) Everyone tried calling the main phone number of the resort but none of us had reception on their phones. We could not call out or receive any calls. Up at the gate, after driving over 6 hours to get there, we had to wait over an hour and a half to get through the gate because our code that was given to us did NOT work. Luckily someone that came to mow one of the residents yards gave us the new code. We drove around the about the whole park, which took another hour trying to find a main office to check in. There is not one!! A lady down at the horse barn had to tell us that. When we past the cafe', we stopped and noticed it was shut down. We did not plan for that. All us planned on eating lunch there, but luckily we brought just a little bit of food to get by. Still was not much. Also the pool was closed down. When we finally got to the condo, we walked around back and noticed that we could not park our kayaks next to the water. There was nothing but drop offs. One of the ladies on the phone, during booking time, said that we would be able to leave them on the shore. The condo on the inside was wonderful. We really liked it. But then we found out that we could not use the garage. So we had to leave our kayaks outside and get morning due all over them. Also there was no washer and dryer inside. One of the neighbors in the condo woke all us up around 2:00am partying. But the fishing there was great! We would like to come back sometime and go fishing again, but the rate they are quoting to stay is not feasible for all the extras that you can't use due to being closed down.

Owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Only thing I would recommend is having more supplies on hand for people staying and using it like a home: we had togo out and buy extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also a few more kitchen items like pasta colinder (strainer), vege steamer, etc. Loved it!

Awesome as always

We love to bass fish and Long Branch Lakes is a hidden gem. 4 days on the lakes and no o e else fishing. Rarely saw the humans that live up there. The condos are clean and comfortable and convenient. We will be staying there again.

A beautiful retreat for some getaway and unplug time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I only wish we had a few more days to stay. We are already talking about coming back for the winter and next Father's Day. Definitely take advantage of the boat rentals when you make your reservations. Bring board games, yard games and fishing rods. Don't forget hiking shoes and a bathing suit and you will be all set for your stay.
