Perfect Setting
We can’t say enough about this property & the hosts. It is super clean, well-appointed, and inviting. Bed & furniture was comfortable, good lighting throughout, strong WiFi & the kitchen had everything needed. Appliances are new & the hosts did a fantastic job putting the house & property together. We had the pleasure of meeting hosts Bill & Erin and pride in their property is apparent & well-deserved. Location is remote but close enough to the state park & waterfalls. If you’re looking for a place to kick back, relax & not worry about much of anything, this property is it! We also appreciated that the property & house weren’t surrounded by cameras like many other VRBO locations. Thanks to our hosts for helping to make our 3-day get-away perfect.

Remarkable Retreat!!
Wonderful cabin in a great location with all of the amenities you could possibly need. Very well kept and updated as well as very clean. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Fire pits are always a must for us and this one was awesome and spacious with a well lit path leading to it with comfortable seating as well. The owners Bill and Erin were very friendly and gracious hosts offering to give us a tour of the beautiful property. The one mile hiking trail through the woods to the deck that overlooks the mountains is easy with gentle slopes and very well worth the walk. Gorgeous view!! We will definitely be making a return visit in the near future. Thank you Bill and Erin for sharing such a wonderful place. Our stay was relaxing and much needed.

Why they chose this property

We love the Spencer, TN area and the easy access to many state parks like Fall Creek Falls State Park, Rock Island, Burgess Falls. We decided to make Spencer, TN our home and live on the property. We are happy to offer our Red Cabin situated on 39 wooded acres, located on the Cumberland Plateau. You will also have access to our adjoining property for exploring and hiking. There are several miles of trails that will take you to scenic overlooks, bluffs, and a hidden gorge.
