About this property

Go fishing, hiking, waterfalls, zip lining, horseback riding, and so much more.

Come enjoy our cabin nestled in the trees. The open floor plan and many windows makes for enjoying the sunshine from any angle. You can relax on the large deck, hang out in the loft, cozy up on the couch or take a walk down the paths to see the wandering creeks.

Our cabin is surrounded by 65 acres of trees, trails and streams. Feel free to enjoy the out door grill (bring charcoal) or bring fire wood for the fire pit, and take in the sounds of nature.

Just down the road from the entrance to Fall Creek Falls State Park, where you can enjoy hiking and several amazing waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and many other activities. This park is what we fell in love with and decided to stay in the area. We hope you love it as much as we do. There are MANY other parks and water falls near by and also a horse riding stable just up the road.

Inside the cabin we have tried to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We have stocked the kitchen with some of the most used items, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, etc. There is a k cup style coffee maker, as well as a regular coffee pot. The living room is cozy with an electric fireplace. There is heat and ac. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting.

Great stay !

Location was perfect for Fall Creek Falls ! The property was beautiful! We truly enjoyed it ! Even woke up to a deer eating in the back yard . Definitely would come back !

This is a wonderful place to stay near Fall Creek Falls! It's very homey and clean. There's a laundry room right inside the door with plenty of hooks and space to put backpacks and other things. It feels as if the owners take pride in their place -- the carpet upstairs isn't the cheap stuff! The owners are very responsive and accommodating and we hope to stay there again!

Awesome little cottage.

Short but wonderful stay

This little "cabin" in the woods was just great. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable and close to Fall Creek falls. We definitely plan on coming again.

Perfect for a long weekend

This place was perfect for our long weekend stay to run a half marathon at Fall Creek Falls State Park. We were able to do kayaking, hiking, waterfall searching, swimming, and of course running. And all within a 15 minute drive. The cabin had everything we needed and was so peaceful to go relax at each night.

This place has all of what is needed. Close enough for every activity and shopping if needed. Hosts were very helpful and responsive with our questions. Pictures of the property don’t do it justice. Will stay at this place again next year!! Thank you to the hosts again!

Awesome stay!

My parents and son were camping over Mother's Day weekend, and I do not camp. This was the perfect alternative to camping! We were only 11-12 minutes from the campground. Everything looked the same as the photos and the cabin was very clean. The area around the cabin was very quiet. This is a great little cabin, and we will not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic!

We returned this year for our annual girls trip. This place is perfect for our group. Just the right size, secluded, right down from the park, clean and stocked with all your needs. The host is amazing to work with and quick to respond. This place is a hidden gem for sure! We had a group of six and still had plenty of room. I highly recommend this cabin. You will not be disappointed!

Another Great New Years in the books

Want to thank David and Jennifer again for hosting my family at their beautiful home. We had an excellent time again from site seeing to just lounging around. Thanksgiving Family Gathering

It was perfect for what we came for. We met 3 other families in town for thanksgiving to see a new house built and celebrate Thanksgiving together. Cabin was so cozy and used the kitchen for our thanksgiving needs. It had EVERYTHING we could think of and need. We took lots of pictures and went hiking a couple times at the state park, Fall Creek Falls that was conveniently located 5 mins away. We will probably come back to hike more trials.

Amazing!!

We had the absolute best time! This cabin was perfect for our group of 4. The place is just beautiful. We enjoyed a campfire outside the first night. The second day we went hiking on the property, enjoyed some girl time on the deck, went to Fall Creek Falls, watched a movie and enjoyed the evening playing games. This place had everything! There was 4 camp chairs in the closet, a small cooler you can use to take drinks outside. I forgot my fan, but they thought of that too. There was one in the closet. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable. There was even 4 throw blankets for our movie time. Outside was peacful and private. The property manager was so easy to work with and communication was spot on. I would give them 100 stars if I could. We will definitely visit again.

The cabin is very convenient to Fall Creek Falls State Park...if you've never been there, it is a fantastic place to visit. The cabin is very private and on a beautiful piece of property...we saw deer off the back deck both mornings of our stay.It was extremely clean, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful vacation! Oh...and the beds were fantastic! Bring lawn chairs and you can enjoy evenings by the fire pit, which my 8 year old granddaughter described as "very satisfying" (LOL!!!)100%, we will book it again!!!

The pictures on this site does not do this property justice. Its much much more beautiful and rustic in person. My wife and I stayed during a stormy weekend but, honestly, it just added to the serenity of it all. You feel like home as soon as you enter the property and the hosts wrre very accomadating. The ONLY thing i can recommend done differntly is to use fragrance free or lightly scented laundry detergent as my wife and i both have sensitive skin. Nonetheless, we're grateful for the experience and if you ever need some REAL quiet time to yourself or selves, BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Very Clean

This is not our first stay at this property and we will definitely be booking again when we have family coming to visit. Check in was very easy, directions were spot on. The home itself is super clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is beautiful. Wildlife is plentiful. We saw 13 deer out the windows one morning.
