Horrible Communication from Owner!

I stayed at this cabin for 2 days, including New Year's Eve Eve and New Year's Eve. I booked this cabin over a month in advance and was had mediocre communication with the owner. We were asked the day before our stay to provide all IDs of the guests staying there and we did not receive detailed check-in instructions promptly. The house did not have any kitchen utensils to use and we had planned on cooking, so that was difficult. Be sure to bring everything you'll need to cook! Lastly, we were OVER charged for a pet fee. The owner said we would just be charged one fee for an extra dog (as one dog is allowed), but I was charged twice and now the owner is not responding to my messages to remove / reverse the charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I reached out to the owner bc i was unable to use the home bc my mil fell and was hospitalized....she was accompanying us on the trip...ps no response no offer or credit or even a partial refund....very disappointed

Gorgeous Cabin

I stayed only 1 night, but it was soooo worth it ,place is immaculate ,Bathroom with spa is just simply gorgeously done … Very good heating and hot water.
