Beautiful Bi-level. Game room with pool table, 5 UHDTVs, WiFi. Central heat/air.

Looking for a peaceful getaway, or maybe a little adventure? Look no further, my home is in a beautiful community with many amenities including our own lakes, you can relax or enjoy the numerous activities our area has to offer. Your safety is my priority, my home is cleaned by a professional cleaning service. Every cleaning they use an EPA approved disinfectant and monthly I have the house fogged with Decon 5 treatment and/or ozone treatment.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, (additional fees may apply)
I highly encourage you to contact me prior to booking (Click the "Ask Owner a Question" link) in order to answer any and all questions you may have. I am generally able to respond within 10-15 minutes.
House Amenities: Great news, I supply bed linens, bath towels and washcloths to my guests for no extra charge. You can of course bring your own if you’d like, I have a washer and dryer for your use.
-65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV in Family Room with Netflix included, 40” UHD Smart TVs with ROKU in every bedroom, and 55” UHD Smart TV with ROKU in the game room.
-My home will be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival (Heat-Winter/AC-Summer)
-High Speed WiFi throughout the home.
-Beautiful family room with plenty of seating for the family to gather, four season room great for having your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine.
-Fire Pit with plenty of seating, Gas BBQ grill.
-Game room with pool table, dartboard, and family game closet.
-Central heating and air conditioning.
-Beautiful electric fireplaces in the family room and game room.
-Off Street parking for 5 vehicles.
At Saw Creek Estates, you can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. We really do have wonderful amenities, amenity fobs required for most amenities (I have 6 owner fobs for guest use) and numerous activities offered. Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 lakes, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, meeting rooms, the Top of the World restaurant, and many events for everyone. Paddle Boards and kayak rentals are available. OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!! Located in the middle of a very desired area in the Pocono Mountains.
Skiing: Take a quick 2-minute drive and you find ski slopes/lifts right in the gated community where my house is located. Horse back riding, canoeing, zip lining adventures, all local to my home. Or take a 15-minute Drive to Shawnee Mountain to go either skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. Attractions like Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap. There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Less than an hour from Camelback ski resort/water park, Mount Airy casino resorts, Pocono outlets (over 125 stores) & many more.

This property was exactly as described. The home and furniture were in good, clean condition. The 3 season room was very nice to have on a rainy day - we didn't feel cooped up at all. Its probably due for a paint refresh but was warm and comfortable for our long weekend. Mini body soap bars would be really convenient to have - most people bring shampoo, etc. but soap slipped my mind.Thanks for a great stay!
