Lovely home away from home in a quiet community! It was very conveniently located to all the places we visited as well as stores and grocery stores we needed. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable! There’s a deck out back so bring your chairs and relax out there! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to town! Thank you for accommodating our family and fur baby!

Quiet Retreat

We were very pleased to be the first guests in this charming home. The location was great, tucked into the corner of a dead-end street, it provided both the access to the city we were looking for and the peace we sought after busy days exploring Nashville. The home was well stocked, and there were only one or two things missing that I'm sure Philecia has already taken care of! We would definitely stay again!

Loved the location

This was a nice house at the end of the street with ample parking far enough from Nashville to be away from the city but close enough to drive in each day. Felicia was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond and help when we had an internet issue. I would definitely stay her again.

Booked eight nights in July 2026 and left after five.The AC could not cool the house. I reported it the first full day. A technician came two days later and confirmed the HVAC system needed complete replacement, not repair. After that the host stopped stopped responding about fixing it. So I had to find other lodging.Other conditions: the garbage disposal was broken, the master bedroom light was dead, the TV was failing, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the living room rug was held down with duct tape. I also photographed a cockroach in the master bedroom.I followed the checkout instructions, left the property clean, and photographed every room on the way out.The location and layout are fine. The house was not habitable in summer heat with the HVAC in that condition, cockroach problem, and a myriad of other things not working.

Matthew, I am genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet the standard I expect for my guests or this home. I appreciate the concerns you raised, and I took them seriously. Following your stay, I had the HVAC system evaluated by additional professionals. The system was found to be operational, but further evaluation identified factors affecting its ability to keep the home consistently comfortable during the extreme summer heat. Based on those recommendations, the outdoor condenser was relocated to improve airflow, and I have continued evaluating the home’s cooling performance and possible additional improvements. I also addressed the other maintenance concerns that were brought to my attention and had the home professionally serviced, including pest control. Several of the items mentioned in this review were concerns I was not aware of prior to Matthew reporting them, but once I became aware, I took steps to address them. I regret that my communication during Matthew’s stay did not adequately convey those efforts or resolve the situation quickly enough for him to be comfortable remaining in the home. I understand his frustration and respect his decision to leave. I have hosted many guests who have had positive experiences in this home, but that does not diminish Matthew’s experience. His feedback identified areas where both the property and my processes needed improvement, and I have acted on it.

Nashville Getaway

Property had a new facelift recently. Everything in good working order and clean. Felt safe. Easy to get to downtown about 15 mins. Not a lot of places to eat around close but not that big of a deal. Could use a king bed in master. We would stay there again.
