6. **Check-Out:** 10 AM. Cleaners will arrive shortly after.
7. **Lights & Heating:** Turn off all lights and adjust air conditioning before leaving.
8. **Pool Safety:** Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving or horseplay.
9. **Hot Tub Safety:** Ready for use; heat time is 10-15 minutes. Supervision required for children.
10. **Insect Precautions:** Keep doors/windows closed .
