Sherry with Georgia Mountain Rentals made sure we were taken care of and put us in Black Bear Bungalow which was an upgrade at no charge. She turned disaster into a wonderful mountain cabin experience. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Sherry for the above and beyond, meeting us on the side of the road and pointing out the right way to go. Best customer care experience I have ever had hands down.

This was nice, quiet cabin to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. We did day trips every day to different activities and this was a great landing spot for us. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The only hiccup was not knowing what to do with the trash. We messaged them but never had a response on where to put it. We kept inside so we didn’t have bears but that was not preferable. As a side note, there is a regular coffee maker not a Keurig in the kitchen.
