Driveway from hell.

Cabin was clean and supposedly "dog friendly". But there was barely a 2ft level area for a dog to go potty. The driveway was awful for a full size vehicle to turn around in. Drive up the mountain was sketchy as well. Dirty dishes in cupboard and kitchen light didnt work half the time. Check in code was wrong and it took 3 tries and 45 minutes to rectify. Hot tub is in a east facing deck with no view. Tree limbs on the south need cut to provide a mountain view. Carpenter ants, woodpeckers and wood bees are hitting the porch hard, sawdust and damage spots everywhere. We would not stay here again.

Little Bear Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so cozy and clean. The large windows offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains and were perfect for catching the morning sunrise. The porch swing and jacuzzi were a nice touch.

Unorganized

Excited to get away from the beach. We arrived to rhe cabin around 5pm. On arrival, ready to see the mountain views as on the photos. With leaves overgrown. we decided to test out the waters, of the amazing hot tub and the cozy fire place as it stated luxurious. We looked into the tempature of a waping 72.Tried to turn up the heat but didnt budge. and realzied we had no internet as it is stated internet. We messaged the proper phone number that we we were given for maintance issues. We waited for almost 2 hours. Stated in the phone call - well its approching the summer time so things may not work in the favor. Its not about that its the ambiance. Saturday night we were told a technican would stop by first thing in the am. Since we had dogs. We did not hear from anyone because of a delay. We did not hear from anyone till about 3. The guy was not comfortable to go in the house due to the dogs. As we got back he checked the ac (which thats why he was called out for) not the issue we had to let him know. He walked in and all of a sudden magic wand there was internet. Then he said the fireplace should work but little to no propaine. He also looked at the hot tub that was now at 74. He stated that the last guest said it waa not working at all. Thought everthing was working. It worked for jusr that short period of 1 1/2 hours put on a movie and then cutting off 45 min to noservice We were told its a holiday- tech came out tues around 5 we were not notified but by vm dogs roam cantgo

Very nice, but a few suggestions

We had a great stay at the cabin, it was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the national park and shopping. Having said that, here’s some feedback for the owners: 1. The view is great from the loft but is obscured by several small poplar trees on the ground level. 2. The grill is junk and should be replaced. The top doesn’t fit and the vent controls are broken. 3. The hot water is way too hot, it should be turned down.

Perfect stay for 2 + a dog

We absolutely loved this property. The views are gorgeous! Here are my pros and cons. Pros Again, the VIEW! Pet friendly, our labador retriever loved being there Kitchen is truly fully stocked with all baking and cooking necessities, utensils, grilling tools, coffee maker, a large fridge and a really cool microwave with convection Super comfortable hot tub A porch swing on the deck we fully enjoyed in the mornings with coffee A loft with a Californian king, although it’s listed as a queen, with a gorgeous view of the mountains Great water pressure and the main floor bathroom has a heater vent Cons- There’s a physical list there with checkout procedures listed from a different rental website that had contradictions from the online portal, I’m guessing they kept it from the previous owners as a general guideline, but it did cause concern when it listed no pets allowed due to severe owner allergies, but the listing says pet friendly and charges a pet fee. Also lists that white towels can’t be used for anything other than showers and to use black towels (that were nowhere to be found) for things such as clean ups and makeup removal, or else you face a $25 per towel fee. Another thing was the portal says to strip bed of sheets, but the list says not to bother. This made checkout confusing, but we did our best to adhere to both the portal and the list. 100% recommend and will return in the future!
