I’m glad our team was able to get the dryers working within 48 hours; we will follow up with maintenance to prevent future issues. We appreciate you noting the second‑story floors — we’ll have the owner and maintenance inspect and schedule repairs as needed. Regarding beach chairs/umbrellas and the restriction on bringing your own, I understand that was frustrating. We’ll review how we present those rental costs and any local or HOA rules in the listing and discuss amenity inclusions with the owner. We’ll also update housekeeping to ensure basic cleaning tools (broom/Swiffer), additional dish towels, and adequate starter paper supplies are provided. The pool is a small plunge pool as shown in the photos; we’ll make sure that sizing is stated more clearly in the listing so future guests have accurate expectations.
