This beautiful 2nd floor condo is a great place for your family to enjoy vacationing right on the PRIVATE Emerald Dunes Beach. Emerald Dunes is one of the most popular family complexes in Destin’s Crystal Beach area - it’s right across the street from Camille’s!

Added bonus: this ENTIRE RESORT is NON-SMOKING/TOBACCO-FREE. That means you can sit by the pool, on the beach and on your balcony and not have to smell anyone smoking!

LIVING AREA & DINING AREA
The open living/dining area is flooded with light from the East and South, and features AMAZING 2nd floor beach views. This area is thoughtfully decorated for beach-side living with brand new seating, including a sleeper sofa and two comfortable swivel chairs. (You can just spin around to see the beach!) You’ll want to gather here to enjoy the view or perhaps catch an evening movie on the 55” Roku TV.

The dining space is nestled between the large east windows and south sliding doors to the private balcony facing the beach. With seating for six at the dining table, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals with a view. Breakfast could include a wonderful sunrise! There are also three barstools at the kitchen counter. Every meal is special here with these amazing views!

BALCONY
The balcony is likely where you’ll spend a fair amount of time, perhaps to enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the waves. It's great to enjoy the sea breezes and ocean views from here. There are two brand new Polywood chairs and a small table here for you. Because this is a coveted end unit facing both east and south, you can easily see the gorgeous sunrise to the east and have a close-up view of the private beach and the gulf. You may catch a glimpse of dolphins too!

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
You’ll love preparing your favorite meals in our beautiful kitchen - and you can enjoy ocean views while you work! Our kitchen features granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, ample plates, glasses, cookware and kitchen utensils. There’s even a pantry for additional kitchen storage. For your convenience, we supply many “extras,” such as cleaning products, trash bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sugar, creamer and a few spices.

1st KING BEDROOM SUITE
This bedroom features a brand new King size bed with a beautiful white cotton quilt, and comfortable 100% cotton sheets. You can enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" Roku TV. There’s a large closet and dresser, so you can unpack and relax! You can enjoy the white sand beach view from your window. The private ensuite bathroom features a commode, vanity with storage and two sinks, and a jetted tub/shower combination. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

2nd KING BEDROOM SUITE
This bedroom features a brand new King size bed with a beautiful new white cotton quilt and super-soft 100% cotton sheets. A new 40" Roku TV is all yours to catch a game, an evening movie or a favorite series after a day at the beach. With east windows, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of sunrises and ocean waves. A dresser and large closet provide space to tuck your things away. The attached bathroom is also accessible from the hallway and includes a commode, vanity with storage and single sink and tub/shower combination. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

BUNK AREA
For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with comfy new quilts and super-soft 100% cotton sheets. They’ll love having this cozy space all to themselves.

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED
You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. For our smallest guests, we have a porta-crib and a high chair/booster seat combo. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer, an iron, travel steamer and a full-size ironing board. And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide high-speed internet and FREE WIFI. And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just outside your door!
