Beautiful, large home in a great location! Very well appointed and well kept. Dog friendly and two blocks from the beach. Large welcoming front porch overlooks the Santa Rosa sound. We had a lovely time at this welcoming home. Owner was very responsive when minor issues arose. Highly recommend!!

Everything was exactly pictured! The garage has a wagon, bikes, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, foosball, and extra fridge freezer. Several games and puzzles are available. They are up on their maintenance - someone to clean the hot tub (prior to check in when we were walking around the area, someone came to do yard work, and when we opened the fridge, a drawer came out and broke so they sent someone for that too. 1 block to sound. 2 blocks of beach We would definitely go back!!

Wonderful location. Close to beach access, but you have to cross Via De Luna Drive to get to it. Plenty of space, super clean and love the outdoor shower after being on the beach. Super clean and easy access through text messages to get the door code and check out! Will definitely look to stay here again if we plan another family beach trip!

Great House near the beach!

We rented this house for family senior weekend for my daughter who attends UWF! Perfect for family to enjoy the beach, go to downtown and then head to UWF for games. We enjoyed every moment!

We loved how close this house is to the bay and gulf sides of the island. Quiet neighborhood- esp in winter. House provided the space and amenities we needed for a quick weekend trip for 12.

The house was very clean, very spacious, and in a very nice neighborhood. It was only a short, probably three minute walk, to the beautiful beach. Not far at all from lots of restaurants and things to do. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy riding bikes around the neighborhood and enjoy the beautiful porch views more, the list goes on. I definitely recommend staying here!!

World Series

This was a perfect house for what we came to Pensacola for. Our baseball team played in the World Series in gulf breeze and the short drive to the ball field was perfect! There was plenty of room for the 5 families that stayed here. Definitely will be back!

Great location and quiet street

The house is two blocks off the gulf and across the street from the intercostal. A quick walk to the beach with easy access. There is convenient parking in the driveway. The street is quiet with great views of the intercostal from the main and top floor. The kitchen is setup for easy interaction with the main living area and is well supplied. The A/C works well and the house is well maintained. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it is conveniently located on the ground floor and screened from adjacent roads.

Great clean property

We have stayed at several VRBO's in Pensacola Beach, and this was by far the best. It was clean, well organized, nicely stocked, and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Covered/shaded outside areas no matter the time of day. Nice touch having TV's in every room. This place is very well taken care of. Only downside was the outside grill needed a good cleaning - we did not use it. Otherwise a really great place to stay - we would definitely rent it again.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Photos can’t capture how magical this place is. We loved the location, too. It’s an easy walk to the beach and not far from all the fun Pensacola Beach has to offer. The front porch was a great place to watch the sunset. The living room was so cozy and perfect for chats with friends and family. That kitchen is well laid out and stocked with all the most needed utensils. We enjoyed the hot tub and space on the ground floor. Note that the fourth bathroom is on the ground floor and not air conditioned or heated. Something to note…this is managed by a company and even after I paid in full I still had to sign documents and manage the booking including communication outside of VRBO. I haven’t had to do this before and it defeats the whole purpose of having everything in one place. All and all a fantastic vacation!!! What a sunset!

The Best Family Beach House!

This beach house was absolutely perfect for me and my family! We came for Blue Angels weekend and had the best time. The house is large enough to sleep everyone comfortably and has literally everything we could ever need—especially impressed with all the kitchen amenities (lots of pans, dishes, Tupperware etc). The addition of the hot tub was an added bonus to being so close to beach access. We had fun with all the things in the garage (bikes, corn hole, etc) and really appreciated the wagon for all our beach gear! Hope they’ll have us back next year! :)

Family Fun Ages 1 to 92!

My extended family gets together at the beach yearly. This is the nicest, roomiest house we have ever stayed at. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. The beautiful, HUGE Master suite is located on the main floor, which was nice for my grandparents who don't need to go up and down stairs. The other room on the main floor was the bunk room, which was great for the kids! Upstairs had 3 rooms and one bathroom. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels provided. We really enjoyed hanging out downstairs in the garage area playing corn hole and the ring toss game. The home is located a short walk or bike ride from the beach. The rental comes with 2 bicycles and beach service for 2 chairs/1umbrella (just don't forget to call the number provided to reserve it). We would definitely rent Family Tides again. Thank you for allowing our family to make great memories!
