Could be better, could be worse.
Just to start, we do not blame the host one bit for the situations we encountered. Communication was impeccable! All of our complaints fall solely on the hotel itself. Upon arrival at 4:00 (check in time) the room was not ready, as it was being ‘inspected‘. Okay, fine, no biggie, shouldn’t take too long right? Wrong, we finally were able to check in at almost 5:00. The girl at the front desk, Anna, had a very poor attitude when asked why it took so long. We were traveling with three small children under the age of 3 years old that had been in a car all day, if you know, you know. Once finally reaching the room, we found tape on the walls from what appeared to have been a party that was previously thrown there, as well as the master bathroom absolutely wreaking of strong urine. And the pull out couch was broken too. I am not one to complain about ANYTHING, ever. But for the price you are paying for a single night, you expect kind services and a spotless room which we did not receive. Again, none of this falls on the host, they were amazing to communicate with and were very understanding of our complaints and have assured me that would be addressed. Overall, I give the entire experience a 3/5 stars.
