An exciting location on the Swinomish Channel with boats going by, eagles overhead and when the tide is out, walk the beach. A complete remodel in 2024 with all new EVERYTHING. There is a community boat launch and community beach. Plus this house comes with a small dock in the boat basin. Right near Rozengarden and Tulip Town to view the Spring blooms. Close to the historic town with delicious restaurants, fun shops, art galleries, farm stands and flower fields. Only 20 minutes to Anacortes for more activities and the waterfront town there.

We loved this location and really enjoyed the house. It was nice and peaceful and a quick drive to lots of things we wanted to do! Jill was great about communication, and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

This house is absolutely beautiful, and the location is stunning and peaceful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this amazing house, watching the boats pass by on the channel, walk the quiet neighborhood, and hangout on the back deck together. The location makes for an easy commute to La Conner and Anacortes. We hope to return in the future!

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, and the beautiful renovations in the house. Like typical houses in the PNW, there is no A/C, so need to utilize fans (provided) and open the windows on warmer days.Fantastic location as well. Loved the town of La Conner and the proximity to other quaint towns and beautiful Washington locations. Would definitely stay here again.

House on the Swinomish Channel in LaConner

Super place! We love the quiet location outside of LaConner . The Swinomosh Channel was super cool... boat going past were mostly at ilde and the views were great!

Absolutely Amazing!

We were visiting family in LaConner and stayed at this house. It was truly amazing! Super clean and comfortable, peaceful location and gorgeous views! I would highly recommend staying there if you are in the area. We want to stay there again for sure. Thanks, Jill, for being a great host!

This home was fantastic and the hosts even better. The view is stunning and I loved having coffee and watching the boats and birds go by. The home is very well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend eating at the COA Mexican Eatery in La Conner. An excellent recommendation from our host. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of the host. Wish I could give more stars!

Gorgeous Home

My mom, sister, and brother-in-law stayed at this home to be close to family in Anacordes. This home looked recently updated. It is absolutely gorgeous. We could sit in the family room and watch the boats go by. It was fabulous. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked. The owners also very responsive. I will definitely go back for another vacation. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Peaceful retreat

We loved staying in this bright, comfortable house. The porch facing the channel was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee on a sunny June morning. And Jill was super responsive and helpful when we had some crossed wires on arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Tulip Festival

We are a group of five RN friends from AK on Spring Break. This beautiful house was our home for 4 days and 3 nights. Jill, owner/property manager, is a gracious host that welcomed us with an early check in and a bottle of wine. The location of the property is centrally located to the tulip fields and restaurants in La Conner and Mt. Vernon. The house itself is immaculately kept and spacious. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to make a home cooked meal. The dining table and kitchen counter top are spacious as well with ample seating in the living room. There’s also a nice patio over looking the waterfront that you can enjoy your early morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset.We are grateful for Jill’s hospitality and this rental property.

Channel house.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Channel house. The view of the channel and the sunsets were lovely. It was quiet and serene. A great location if you are interested in heading to the town of La Conner, which is lovely as well. The house does not have AC, as most homes in WA do not. It did get a bit warm during the day. However cools down in the evening. We would definitely stay again.

We are from Seattle originally then Woodinville to raise our three kids and then we purchased homes in Anacortes and La Conner. We are avid boaters so being by the water is important. We love hosting guests at our homes as we know others are enjoying as we do when we are in town.

Why they chose this property

The serene views to the channel and beyond are like none other! With westerly sunsets, beautiful lush, land and the Swinomish waterway out almost all windows you will be entranced and not want to leave!

What makes this property unique

This is like a brand new home since it got a complete remodel in 2024. The location is central to LaConner and Anacortes (Plus Mount Vernon, Burlington and Bow). Bellingham is only 25 minutes away too or Canada is only 1 hour away.
