Sea Breeze Bliss - Coastal Therapy Escape - Steps from Sand and Surf!

Sea Breeze Bliss is a 4th row beach house in the quintessential coastal community of Beachside Village. The pastel colored neighborhood is well kept, beautifully landscaped and so close to all the activities and eateries that Galveston has to offer. We are steps from the beach of which has a "private" feel. You have 2 convenient options for beach walkovers from our location. Both walkovers are close (1 minute walk across the neighborhood street to either walkover) and you can easily pull a wagon/cooler across the walkovers (no steps). No cars are able to drive on the beach in the section of Beachside Village due to bollards so it's mainly neighborhood residents and their guests on the beach. This makes it safe and wonderful for families and littles. The house is oriented just perfectly to enjoy not only views of the beach but also to people watch and/or play volleyball or lawn games in the large greenbelt space outside the front gate on ground level. The paved ground level also has a large propane grill (propane provided) for the grill master in your family as well as a private shower with both cold and hot water. The is plenty of seating options throughout the home's outdoor space.

The house is tastefully decorated and boasts 4 generous covered decks on both front and back of house. All bedrooms have deck access and also black out curtains for restful sleep. It provides maximum comfort with all you need yet not overdone where you cannot make yourself at home. The downstairs has an open concept living, dining and well stocked kitchen with a large island for gathering. The kitchen also has a full pantry closet with shelves to store your items. Highchair is located in the master bedroom closet downstairs. There is a laundry room with direct access to one of the decks where you will find an extra compact refridgerator for any drinks or extra food items. The half bath downstairs is conveniently located off hallway to laundry where you will find beach towels and a first aid kit. There are lots of games and puzzles for all ages located in the sideboard also in the hall/entry way.

2 Twins Upstairs in Small Bunk Room with Portholes (Small space with 2 twin bunk beds, attached ladder, and two small storage drawers under bottom bunk - no additional storage due to limited space)

This home is great for couples or families with children. There are king sized beds in 4 rooms and 3 of the king rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Each of the ensuite bathrooms has a double vanity. The upstairs master bedroom is large with seating for reading or relaxing and the spacious master bath has a large corner soaking tub with a separate shower. Children enjoy the small bunk room which has the feel of a boat cabin. All rooms (minus the small bunkroom) have a TV. Youtube TV is provided. All other streaming services are available with guests log in and password.

The two front decks are large and have incredible views and provide options to lounge, play games, read, visit or just enjoy the views! The front (facing green space) lower deck has Polywood furniture to include a white table with seating for 8 as well as comfy couch, 2 additional lounge chairs, and 2 rocking chairs. The back lower deck has a gray Polywood table with seating for 8 as well as a comfy loveseat with 2 lounge chairs. The Master upstairs has 2 Polywood rockers with a table. In addition the Green and Blue room decks have benches to sit and enjoy the views. Newly expanded driveway to accommodate 4 vehicles as well as extensive landscaping and paver install in front of house.

Please note our neighborhood has some unique rules:
-No parties or weddings
-No more than 4 vehicles parked at the home. Overflow parking is directly across the green space on Sea Butterly
-Quiet time after 10:00 pm
-No trailers, RVs or boats

Keyless entry and local management company available 24 hours should any problem arise.

Galveston is a gem and has so much to offer visitors besides the beautiful beach! In town attractions are a short easy drive. Sea Breeze Bliss is only 1.5 miles to the seawall and a short distance to Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens including their public golf course, Putt Putt, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Elissa at Pier 23, Galveston State Park for hiking and beach combing, fantastic eateries, annual events and so much more! Woody's beach bar is a 5 minute stroll on the beach toward town and The Tipsy Turtle (beach bar/restaurant) is the opposite direction and less than a mile stroll.
