No getting lost - once you turn onto South Poinciana Boulevard from Indian Point, your car makes only 2 turns before arriving at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom.

NOTE: Take BASS Road (back entrance) out of the community and be at Wal Mart Supercenter & 192 (Irlo Bronson) in 1 mile - very convenient to shopping, myriad restaurants & Medieval Times, etc. :)

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, complete with 2 full-service bathrooms supplied with all linens. Grab your toothbrush & robe. Master suite includes its own private bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower & two sinks.

One master suite with king-sized bed sleeps 2 adults or 4 kids. Guest bedroom #2 offers one queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #4 includes 2 single beds, sleeping 2. Sofa sleeper (living room) comfortably sleeps 2 - total 10. Each bedroom offers its own TV connected to cable .

Enjoy your very own full kitchen with all utensils & modern amenities, comfortably seating10 - for those times when you don't feel like eating out. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table or on the screened in pool deck, enjoy large back yard

Loved the closeness to Disney! A little further from Universal but we knew that going in. Overall very nice house. Beds were a little hard for our taste. We struggled to figure out the door alarm going out to the pool so it went off almost every time we went outside. Our only complaint was the a/c having to stay on 72. We understood why but may it stayed pretty warm for our taste. We like it cold when we sleep.

The House was very nice. The alarm to the pool deck took a few tries to figure out but then it was fine. The pool was very chilly, but we didn’t really have time to swim. It got a little warm in the house for what we are used to because it was set at 75, but we managed. Great location. Fairly close to parks and close to local eateries and shops.

Host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my wheelchair to charge . Very friendly! We would stay here again. The only thing that we had trouble with was that alarm going to the pool. No matter what we did it went off almost everytime. But It is all good and we know it is for safety. Family Disney trip

Perfect size for our family of 6 and close to just about everything. Checkin and checkout was super easy. Pool was a great perk to the house! The kids loved it. Children’s beds were a little squeaky and the showers and tub looked dirty but otherwise it was a perfect trip.

We love the 'magic' of Orlando-Kissimmee. It's not just the theme parks. From childhood, I still remember dreaming about Magic Kingdom when seeing Cinderella's castle at the beginning of every Disney movie on TV.

Why they chose this property

First, we quickly grew tire of hotels - living out of suitcase; no comforts of home; eating out for all meals & kept up at night by guests in rooms next door of above us. We chose this home because it has everything we want/need. More importantly, we chose this this neighborhood - it's a healthy mix of locals & visitors. It's very convenient to Disney parks (even non Disney attractions as well). It's also very close to shopping (from WalMart Supercenter to outlet malls), dining & entertainment. We wanted to buy a private home, not a condo so we could enjoy a real neighborhood and close proximity to everything.

What makes this property unique

You will LOVE our home's location - quiet location & just minutes to Disney attractions, shopping, dining & entertainment. We didn't want to rely on a GPS to get around. We didn't want to be close to Disney but far from shopping, dining & other entertainment. We wanted to be close to everything...in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We take a stroll around the neighborhood during the day and then cool off in pool. We jump in our car and in minutes we are at the entrance to Magic Kingdom or Epcot or Animal Kingdom or Sea World or Downtown Disney. In minutes, we are at a WalMart Supercenter for all our shopping needs or at a large outlet mall with all major retailers. We're near major roads in and out of Orlando but not too near to be bothered by traffic noise.
