Beautiful townhome in heart of Scottsdale

Guard gated prestigious community. Beautifully remodeled in 2022 with designer finishes. Was going to be my permanent home and then life brought me elsewhere. Right in between Old Town and Kierland- less than 5 miles from each. Upgraded eat-in-kitchen. Great room with gas fireplace and mounted TV. In-ceiling sound system through-out. Two primary bedrooms, each with large and spacious baths and closets. Two car garage and access to community pool and spa. Outdoor BBQ and access to community pool and hot tub. One month minimum rental.
