South Austin is a safe and vibrant area with so many new and old music venues, bars, and cafes. You're going to love it!
Queen bed in bedroom with nectar mattress and double paned windows for a deep luxurious sleep.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge, dishwasher. Perfect for short or long stays. Little two seat breakfast table and a bar with bar stools.
The comfy and cozy lounge has a vintage bar cart that can be converted into a TV tray (just take the top off!). Local art and unique vintage decor lovingly sourced at markets in Austin and Mexico City. For extra guests, the couch converts easily into a futon.
In cold months, the lounge has a working wood burning fireplace. Just let us know if you want to use it, and we'll leave some wood to get you started!

Within walking distance, there are some restaurants and pubs to choose from. Within a short drive (there are always plenty of rideshares around!) is St Elmo district, which is a brand new development you have to visit. it's packed with breweries, distilleries and food trucks. There's so much in one place!
