Bed was so comfy!

Place was great, and our unit felt very clean. View was great. Pool would be fabulous when not ice cold. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the strong aromas throughout the halls.

Great Place

The place was beautiful and the roof top bar was a bonus with a beautiful view!! The water dispenser on the refrigerator was broken so we were without drinking water which was unfortunate and we could not figure out how to use the TV. Other than that, no complaints! Great place over all and not too far from downtown

Great

Great location, comfy bed, pleasant staff, safe neighborhood. One night was super noisy due to the sand volleyball court down below (10:30pm and folks were yelling and playing loudly) but the next night they were done by 9:00pm.

Great until check-out

Loved the location, amenities, security. Check-out did not go so well. I asked and received permission for a late check-out, noon instead of 11am. At 11:45am I tried to enter my apartment and the door code no longer worked. The emails from the host company do not have a phone number to call, only an email. Eventually I was able to get a number from the front desk. The customer service person could not get me back in the apartment remotely. Fortunately I had taken everything out earlier but could not return the key fob so was instructed to leave it at the front desk. Again, a great experience until the end.
