Our saltwater pool ensures that your hair and skin remain smooth without the harsh effects of chlorine, eliminating the typical chlorine odor and dryness. For those unfamiliar with saltwater pools, think of it as softened water, not ocean water, which is gentle on your skin and eyes.

All pool settings are pre-scheduled, with the pool heat set to 80 degrees. However, please be aware that if the outside air temperature falls below 70 degrees, it may impact the pool temperature. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the pool temperature in such cases.

This is a well-maintained home, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. However, we must emphasize that NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED, and anyone found breaking this rule will face immediate eviction without a refund and will be subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property (including marijuana with a medical ID, which should be done elsewhere), exceeding the maximum number of cars or guests (4 cars maximum, no street or yard parking), and absolutely no indoor smoking, including the garage.

Bookings are accepted from guests aged 26 and older, with a maximum of 10 adults. We are committed to maintaining a positive relationship with our neighbors and preserving our home, and this behavior is strictly prohibited on this property. If you intend to engage in such activities, please refrain from booking this property.
