Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Appliances were not in good working order. No kitchen towels, no wash cloths, towels were in bad shape, no butter knives. The appliances were not in good shape and floors were dirty. I was very disappointed. The host communicated with me, but did not seem to be concerned regarding my feedback. She did replace the microwave that exploded, but we needed to be there to receive it!
