What a gem! Not only was the host very helpful and responsive, the house was wonderful!! So comfortable, very well supplied for our needs, nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in quite a few. Highly recommend!

We rented this home for a “girls’ trip” and the six of us found it perfect for our needs. The home is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked (although we didn’t do much cooking), the parking more than ample for three cars, and the communication with our host Nicole excellent. And, as promised, the location was only minutes from downtown Geneva, as well as Batavia and St. Charles. We drove everywhere we went and used barely a half tank of gas in 6 days!

We loved the space and decor of the rental. It had plenty of room but it still felt cozy and inviting. There was plenty of good kitchenware and bath accessories to make it very functional. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Absolutely stunning home - inviting, clean, comfortable, spacious. Quiet peaceful neighborhood close to shops & restaurants, local activities. Great location and host was amazing on communication and providing information to make the stay welcoming and relaxing - most important was the lovely fenced back yard with privacy fence and fire pit setting. The yard was a plus for the 2 large breed dogs. Shade trees and manicured yard & landscaping made the afternoons and evenings relaxing for all.Most definitely will be a place to return next season! Just a happy stay.. Clean & bright with the fluffiest bath towels we’ve ever seen! Our weekend took us into Chicago, but would definitely book again to explore the local shops & restaurants.
