Massive 5000 Sq Ft Beach House easy drive to the beach and steps to the bay. 2-King Suite, 5-Bedrooms total w/5 Private Full Baths, sleeps 16. Offers unlimited space and privacy for multiple families. With the 85" TV Home Theater, Living Rm, Billiard Rm, Game Rm, Outdoor games, Peloton spin bike & Heated Screened Pool, it’s likely you won’t see all your guests until you sit at the custom 12’ dinner table. Only 1 mile to the Palma Sola Causeway & a few more miles to Anna Maria Island.

This short-term rental designed residence boasts excellent facilities in a pristine and cozy setting, which includes:

☀ Outdoor 6-person (8-ft x 8-ft hot tub (coming December 2023)
☀A dedicated home cinema equipped with an 85" TV and plenty of seats.
☀A fitness room containing a Peloton Spin bike, Bowflex dumbbells ranging from 5-52 pounds and an incline bench. Additionally, a Peloton Exercise app is available on Roku TV. Spin shoes are available in men's size 11 and women's size 8.
☀A billiard room with a standard-size pool table.
☀A custom-crafted 12' dining table adjacent to the living room.
☀Two spacious king-size master bedrooms large bedrooms, each with two queen beds providing ample room. Each bedroom has its private bathroom.
☀One bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom.
☀Two bedrooms equipped with 2 queen-size bed and a crib. These bedrooms also includes a private bathroom.
☀An open-layout kitchen complete with all necessary amenities for a convenient stay.
☀A loft equipped with a 50" Smart TV, a Peloton, and two Futon Sleepers.
☀An outdoor space furnished with plenty of seating, an outdoor ping pong table, corn hole boards, and a lifesize beer pong game known as bucketball.
☀Items for infants and children are provided for a hassle-free travel experience. These include: a full-size regular crib bed, a pack 'n play crib, a highchair, a plethora of games and books, and various outdoor play activities. Safety features like baby gates are also available to restrict access to the pool and stairs.

"What an incredible home in a lovely neighborhood only 12 minutes away from IMG Academy. Tons of space and separate living and entertainment areas where soccer team could study, relax, and have fun between games. The living/dining room is huge and the dining table seated 14 easily for breakfasts and dinners. Outdoors, there is plenty to do (ping pong, bag toss, swimming, etc.) plus an awesome area for sitting/dining with an extra full-size refrigerator. No bugs as the backyard is screened in. What really sets this home apart is the incredible responsiveness, friendliness, and positivity of the host. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure his guests' needs are being met and everything is going as smoothly as possible. He answers emails immediately and communicates throughout. We were missing a can opener, and he had one sent to the house via Amazon the very next day! Thank you for an amazing stay, Tony! We will be back!"

"House setup is perfect for a large group. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and decorated with a theme. There is plenty of living space and things to do inside the house like the pool table, movie theater room. Outside there is a pool and ping pong table. House looks exactly like the pictures. Location is good with amenities close by. There are several beaches, grocery stores and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The host is very responsive and his recommendations for the beach and restaurants are spot on."

"The house is very large, allowing everyone to have space. The 6 bedrooms each had their own full bathroom and there was 2 additional half bathrooms. The dining room table and kitchen island seating was great for our large crew. The other gathering areas allow people to spread out, but be together when they want to be. The pool area and outside deck with extra fridge was one of the favorite parts of our stay. The home is clean and spacious and has many amenities for all ages. The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Anna Maria Island was a few miles away and the beaches in the area were amazing! The owner is very helpful and prompt in replying to any and all matters. We highly recommend this home for a multiple family vacation."

"We had a great stay at the Bradenton Beach House for Thanksgiving! We had plenty of room for our large family with enough space to spread out and also enjoy awesome meals as a group. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck as well. Very well clean with everything needed to cook big meals in the kitchen. This home also rents as a 6BR that sleeps 20 people. If you have more than 16 guests you will need to rent the 6BR listing of the home. You will not have access to 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms with this listing. Typically this listing is only available for last minute bookings (less than 60-days out).

***Beach Supplies***
We currently have 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, and a medium size cooler, which is all subject to change.

***Beach Towels***
We now provide 12 beach towels. This is a new courtesy, but we do require that you wash and fold these after you use them. If they are not cleaned, the cleaners will charge you an additional cleaning fee of $100 to cover the additional time for cleaning. Missing beach towels will be billed at $40 each. Unfortunately, this has been a problem.

***Other supplies***
- Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Dish liquid, and dish washer soap
- We supply liquid laundry detergent
- 4 garbage bags (extras inside each kitchen trash bin)
- 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. NOTE: this is 12 rolls of toilet paper.

***Pool Heater***
If you wish to use the pool heater, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance and see the house rules for the fees.

***Pets***
We allow dogs for a fee of $50 per night per dog.

Maximum 2 dogs that are less than 50 pounds. We do not allow cats or other animals. There is a separate pet agreement that you must sign, and all pets must be approved before booking. If they are not preapproved, we may cancel your reservation without a refund. No animals are to be left alone in the house at any time unless they are crated.
