This lovely three-bedroom, two and a half bath shared home is one that you won't want to miss. Situated on the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, it provides impressive views of both the course and the surrounding mountains! The deck allows you to relax in the hot tub and listen to the trickle of Fish Creek Falls or just take in the beauty of the Yampa Valley. This property is perfect for summer vacations or winter getaways! Whether you like to ski/snowboard or you prefer summer in the mountains, this place has everything you're looking for.

Located just around the corner from the base of Mount Werner and minutes from downtown Steamboat, this home suits all types! The main floor has an inviting living room with two story stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a half bath. There is also a TV with cable + AppleTV in the living room, as well as a CD player/stereo. The home is also equipped with wireless internet throughout.

Downstairs, there are two bedrooms: one bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and another bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a twin bed. These bedrooms share a bath, complete with newly remodeled granite countertops and a walk in shower. The lower level also features a laundry room with a full size washer and and 2 dryers.

Upstairs, the master bedroom overlooks the living room, and features a king-size bed, a woodburning fireplace and a private deck.

Our family has enjoyed all that Steamboat has to offer for almost 40 years and we will continue to come back for many years to come. The Steamboat Ski Resort and its 'champagne powder' has been voted #1 family destination in the west by Ski Magazine six years in a row. There are many fun things to do for non-skiers as well... shopping, movie theatre, dining, Strawberry Park Hot Springs, Ice Skating, Public Library, Steamboat Springs Health & Recreation (has hot springs and a water slide) and much more.

Steamboat is as much fun in the summer as it is in winter. You may enjoy scenic hikes, tubing down the river, mountain and trail biking, the Rodeo or spa treatments. Special events also fill the summer months - be sure to check the Chamber of Commerce calendar for an up-to-the-minute schedule!

City bus routes have changed and there aren’t super close stops. Recommend driving or ubering to the base of the mountain.

Awesome house and great location

Loved the entire house! It was a short drive to everything, including downtown, and it was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you'd need for an extended stay. The hot tub was really nice, with a ton of privacy on the back deck. Would definitely stay at Fairway Meadows again!

Very comfortable home close to ski slopes. Check-in was easy, comfortable beds, and well stock kitchen. So nice to enjoy the hot tub on back porch after a day of skiing. Paige is great with communication. Would definitely book again.

We had an amazing late fall weekend. Paige was a great hostess and the house was just as advertised. There was a great hop tub and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. Would book again.

Tucked in the Aspens

The he back deck tucked in the aspens was a wonderful gathering place, mornings with coffee, drinks in the evenings. Beds had quality linens and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. We took evening strolls around the beautiful neighborhood. Paige the host was easy to communicate with and offered us some flexibility at check out.

Beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed staying in and cooking meals. Very nice hot tub. Taxidermy in living room and large fireplace gives a cabin feel but in a large space. Very luxurious bedrooms. Walk in showers nice. Perfect place for families. Close to the slopes. We loved it and would stay agin next time in Steamboat!

Amazing winter break

The property is exactly as advertised, great views of the ski slopes from the living room and balcony, set in a charming neighborhood. House was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The main downtown area and the ski resort are a literal 5 minute drive from the house. No complaints, would definitely stay again. Property manager was very quick to respond.

Wonderful Return Trip!

This was our second visit to the Harper house and we had a great time! Paige does not disappoint! There had been some nice upgrades since our last visit and our family loved the house. So convenient to the slopes and all amenities. My only suggestion is a larger TV and upgrade to HD. Price seems to be going way up next year so we’ll probably have to forgo this great place. It’s been great though!

Wonderful back deck!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay! Steamboat was a little warmer than normal for a couple of days, but we found solace on the back deck with the pleasant afternoon breeze through the aspens & pines that surround the deck. We visited the Steamboat Meat & Seafood Co. and enjoyed grilling on the charcoal grill on the deck as well while we played board games. Also, we brought our badminton set and the sizable side yard gave us ample space for game play. We had a couple of questions during our stay & Paige, the homeowner was very responsive. And best of all, they allow pets so we were able to bring our furry friends!
