You will feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath newly renovated townhome featuring exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dedicated workspace, large private deck on second level, large walk-in closet, dual shower heads and jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. One dedicated parking space directly behind the home. Street parking also available.
The space
Entire 2-story townhome one block away from the John Hopkins Hospital. Nicely furnished, fully equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen includes full size refrigerator, utensils, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, and kettle, separate dining area, TV in living room, Wi-Fi, second level deck. Very comfortable house and super convenient to all of the medical campus. Perfect for out-patients, patient’s families, prospective/visiting students, residents, and traveling nurses. Please note: There is currently ongoing construction Monday through Friday close to the property Increased noise level in the daytime.

Keyless entry. Main floor has living room, eat-in kitchen, dining area and half bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms. Master bedroom features its own private bathroom and king size bed. Second bedroom has queen size bed, hall bathroom, and private deck with seating. Both rooms have large closets with hanging bars and shelves. Comfy beds and blackout curtains for a relaxing sleep. Dedicated workspace with printer, fully equipped laundry room, iron with ironing board on second level. The basement is not accessible to guests. Property is monitored by cameras posted outside the front and back doors.

This is one of the easiest rentals we've experienced after a long day of driving. The host was very communicative and very responsive and that eased our worries about arriving after dark, on the day before Thanksgiving. This is our new favorite Baltimore location after going there for over 5 years every Thanksgiving.

This home was perfect for a weekend in Baltimore. Everything was in outstanding condition and the parking out back was perfect for our smaller car. We were able to get parking right out front for our other larger vehicle. The beds were extremely comfortable and the master bathroom was beautiful. We were a quick Uber ride from the Harbor. The host was very responsive and answered my questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again!!

Nice stay!

Very nice row house in Baltimore. Easy access, and cozy stay. Nice spacious kitchen with minimal utensils if you’re a cook, but all small appliances needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and very spacious. Highly recommend.

We booked this townhouse to have a girls getaway for my birthday weekend. The house was immaculate very clean very spacious. The appliances were amazing. It was very easy to get in touch with the homeowner at any point in time and his return response was very quick usually about 10 to 15 minutes. We will definitely be back !!

We were in town for our daughters transplant. 24 hours a day for 2 weeks. This was the perfect refuge. Clean, comfortable and amazingly convenient to Johns Hopkins. felt comfortable and safe walking back and forth, even at 2AM. If you in Baltimore for something at the hospital, this is the perfect place.

Everything we were looking for

My stay at this property ended up longer than many, nearly 8 weeks, as I dealt with a long out-patient recovery at the Weinberg Cancer Center.The VRBO was just what we needed, close proximity to Hopkins, well outfitted, plenty of space, all the comforts we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop when feasible, and everything (takeout, delivery) worked as we hoped. The parking was an added plus and really helped during the hot and/or rainy weather. Extra points to the air conditioning for more than keeping up with Baltimore's heat wave!The owner was very accommodating, helpful with reservations and VRBO at the outset when my dates were bouncing around, supportive throughout (he helpfully arranged for "extra" weekly cleaning at his own expense), and checked in a couple of times during our long stay to see if everything was ok.All things considered, while I don't want to go back for hospital recovery, it was certainly a VRBO worth returning to!

The convenience and location was perfect. The upgrade to the living room was very nice. I didn’t understand why empty boxes and trash was at the rear door and parking area. The bedroom comforters where stained an upgrade with those would be very nice. Very nice and cozy. I shall return.

This rowhome is beautifully renovated and extremely clean — one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in! The size was perfect for us, and Byron’s communication was exceptional. Anytime I reached out, I received a quick and friendly response. The dedicated parking spot in the back was a huge plus and eliminated any stress about finding parking. The location is also very convenient, especially if you need to be near Johns Hopkins.A couple of things to note: I wasn’t aware of the major construction project just across the street, which started before 7am on weekdays. It only affected one morning of our stay, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. Also, the thermostat is managed remotely by the host. While you can temporarily adjust it, it reverts to the saved setting, so you don’t have full control over the temperature. For the cost of the rental, I would have preferred the ability to manage this directly. Byron was responsive when I asked him to adjust it, but the upstairs did stay warmer and less comfortable, especially on hotter days.Overall, this is a lovely, well-maintained home, and I would still highly recommend it for anyone visiting Baltimore.
