Kick back and watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV, then step onto the private balcony for an afternoon snack. The beautifully appointed kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, and oven, making it easy to prepare delicious snacks for the beach and delightful meals for the whole family. Everything is as pictured. We had everything we needed with zero issues. Would definitely stay here again! Only complaint is the balcony chairs are very low to the ground causing the ocean view to be obstructed by the railing.

It was a nice view of the beach and a nice stay. We enjoyed our stay and sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. Nice and quiet area. Very short walk to the beach. I would book again! However, there were a few minor things - lamp not working, missing smoke detector, air vent covers need to be cleaned, adding a broom and dustpan to sweep any extra sand would have been nice to make it easier instead of having to get the vacuum out.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the condo is a lot bigger than it seems in the pictures. Condo could be updated, and there weren’t enough blankets, pillows, and towels provided. Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at Tiki Beach but 1st in this condo. The location, parking & short walk to the beach is perfect! This is a dated condo but for the price, I'd stay here over & over again! It was very clean & had everything that we needed for my Husband & I. Bed is very comfortable, plenty of towels & wash cloths, kitchen is well equipped, everything worked as expected. Check in/out was convenient & easy. Only complaint is that you can't sit on the balcony chairs & see the ocean very well. The balcony chairs are wooden Adirondack chairs that sit low to the ground, therefore the view is obstructed with the railing.

Our stay was great! We had 4 adults. Just like pictured. Small and clean. They had games to play. We enjoyed playing a couple games of jenga. Only thing we have to complain about is there were sheets for the pull out sofa but no blanket. So if you stay make sure to bring an extra blanket if using the sofa.

Wonderful

This is the first time we stayed at this building. It was very spacious and clean on the inside. It had a beautiful veiw of the ocean off the deck. The only issue we had was the other condos beachside service was intruding into the space of our condos area. Causing little setup space if you didn't get out there early enough. Would recommend and return.

They stay overall was adequate but a few items were below expectation. No broom, inadequate patio furniture, dirty coffee filter left in the machine, lamp not working, mirror off the wall and not re hung, no hairdryer, and poor dishes like cheap plastic bowls.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very quiet compared to other beaches in FL. Only complaint is amount of kitchen wares. We usually like to cook breakfast and eat out at night. Only 1 cooking spatula and 1 silcon spatula. Had to clean and reuse to make breakfast. Other than that, it was great. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definately look to come back and will bring some utensils next time.

Several items need to be corrected

A few items: Mirror off the wall and on the floor. Patio furniture isn’t usable. Cafe or bistro style tables would be better. Ice maker doesn’t work. Coffee pot was left with a moldy filter inside. Bedroom lamp not working. A broom would be useful. Need new bowls in the kitchen. The cheap plastic bowls are junk.

Started out a bit rough as the code was not sent to us and we had scheduled grocery delivery. Got in touch with the management company after a couple calls and was giventhe code exactly as our grocies arrived. Was very stressful for a minute imagining our groceries all melting. The lock was misbehaving and they immediately sent out a locksmith which was very good. Pro's:Location was perfect.Lovely view from the large balconyCondo was clean Everything as described or shown in picturesComfortable bedCon's:Kitchen could use a few more dishesThe pull out couch is unusable as a bed for an adult although I made it work by placing the 6 couch cushions under the mattress. After this trick it was actually comfortable. No additional pillows for pull out couch. We couldn't figure out how to make the TV image fill the entire screen and there was an unusual remote set up. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Lots of construction next door is loud however. The condo had multiple issues. Both lamps were broke, one with no bulb. Bathroom fan not working. Closet door broke. Top of fridge dirty with roach sign. Not sure we would stay here again.

Very easy and pleasant check in and out. The rental was very tidy, which was greatly appreciated! New appliances were nice.The ice & water dispenser feature on the fridge wasn’t working but not an issue.The kitchen could use a few more things but I came prepared and that wasn’t an issue for us either. One lamp in the living room did not work and the overhead light was very dim However, the dim light did make a romantic ambient dining experience haha. I was a little concerned with the wall mount for the living room tv as it did not seem “sturdy” It stayed in place and again, was not an issue for us. The recliner chair was very comfortable & my husband stayed there most of our trip. Only one end of the closet is usable for hanging clothes, but, there is plenty of room for folded items. We loved having an end unit! The sandy path to the beach was PERFECT! I was unable to reserve beach set up as it is not offered at this property, not an issue again, came prepared. Unfortunately, our trip was very rainy and not very much time spent on the beach. A 3 minute walk will lead you to a good pizza pie! We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
