SUMMARY

Alegre is a classic northside Santa Fe Style condo in one of Santa Fe’s most beloved districts, just a ten minute walk to the Plaza. This home has the perfect layout for two couples. With viga ceilings, hardwood floors, and Southwestern art throughout, Alegre is warm, inviting, and conveys a traditional atmosphere.



LIVING AREA

The living is centered around a large kiva fireplace. Coupled with an abundance of Southwestern art, the living space expertly conveys the unique aesthetic of Santa Fe. The living room features a sleeper sofa to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook from home, and the hand-carved dining table provides a perfect spot for up to four people to enjoy the meal.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and a bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have TVs.

A great house that was very comfortable for two couples and a dog!

The house was bright and cheery. It was well equipped with good beds, towels and kitchen needs. Two Casitas was a great company to work with.

Great spot in quiet neighborhood

This was a lovely find. So glad we stayed here. It is close to downtown and yet quiet. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for our party of three and the kitchen was well-appointed with a dining and living space perfect for a small group.

Very Cozy and close to center

This cute traditional house is in a cozy neighborhood and very close to town center. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed it very much. I would recommend it and stay there again. Everything felt very clean!

Awesome Experience

This place was awesome. Stayed with four adults and two kids. Pullout couch was perfect and the two bathrooms were ideal. Place was spotless, had everything you could need for a stay, and was located really well for vacationing in Santa Fe. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house close to everything in Santa Fe

The house was a perfect location just a few minutes from downtown Santa Fe - about 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main square with many restaurants, shopping and galleries! The house is well appointed with everything you could need! It is super cozy and comfortable and the driveway makes it easy without having to worry about street parking (although on that quiet street, it's unlikely that would be a problem anyway). Everything was clean and in order when we arrived and communication with the property managers was very easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Santa Fe!

Perfect getaway in Santa Fe!

Our family of three enjoyed every minute here! We were able to walk to downtown for meals and shopping easily. We had amazing day trips to Bandelier National Monument, the Albuquerque Balloon festival, and Kasha-Katuwe. We loved the private courtyard, grill, and fireplace. The beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen was perfect for cooking! We will absolutely be back! TwoCasitas was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to questions via text and phone which was great. Definitely recommend!

It was adorable! The perfect size for 5 of us, with room to move around. We didn't use the kitchen as much as I thought we would - mostly for breakfast and keeping drinks cold, but it was well stocked! We didn't even need to buy coffee because they had some for us to use there! What a nice surprise! A few other 'surprises' were waiting for us as well, that were most appreciated!

Did not disappoint!

The property was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed, plus the property manager left us some goodies to enjoy! Our experience at the beginning of our stay was less than desirable since we had to be moved to another property for the first night due to the water utility turning off the water. It was a hassle to pack up and move again, but definitely worth it! The property manager was so accommodating amid the hiccup, and she was very concerned that we were going to be happy. Will absolutely stay there again!
