Amazing Pool & Walk to the Park

Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Restaurants, shopping - including Jungle Jims International Mkt, and workplaces all under 10 minutes away.

Downtown Cincy is under 25 minutes away.

Our fenced in backyard has an enormous deck and pool.
Just across the street is a park with running track, tennis, pickleball, basketball and playground.

The Space:
Its a two story four bedroom house on a half acre yard. All bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms. Half bath on the first floor with spacious kitchen with island. The basement is finished but is empty.

Guest Access:
Entire home except entrance to the garage. Please limit time spent in the front yard as a courtesy to the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
Small neighborhood with half acre lots with sidewalks across from a park. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Getting Around:
The house has four parking spaces. Neighborhood has sidewalks and you can walk to the park 100 feet away!

Great location, great layout, great time as a family. The pool was a great time and was as advertised. Being 5 minutes from Jungle Jim’s turned out to be a bonus highlight. We visited almost everyday for unique food and treats. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely lovely, comfortable home easily housed 6 adults. Bedrooms are very large and accommodating, finished basement offered a ton of extra living space if needed! We were in town for a family wedding and didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the house but when we were there we were very happy with the amenities! It is conveniently located to stores and a big beautiful park across the street. Property is beautiful with a big deck and pool (we didn’t use). Side note one of our party left some paperwork behind and owner was swift to recover it and send back in the mail-thank you!

Was in town for a gymnastics competition. Stayed there with another family and it was awesome. House was very clean and comfortable. Will use again if we come back to the area.

Nice pool house for a long weekend

Nice, clean house with plenty of room for a family of 4. Good sized kitchen for preparing meals with a lot of kitchen utilities/utensils on hand, and a great backyard with a large in-ground pool and patio/deck. Kids loved the pool and went swimming everyday. Great location with lots of restaurant options nearby and a large park right across the street. Host was in regular contact and very courteous. We were looking for a place to go for a long weekend away with a private pool and this definitely fulfilled all our expectations. Thanks!

Great location, comfy, and very clean!

The property was very clean and in the perfect location. Everything you might ever need is within about 5-10 minutes. Though we didn't take advantage, the park across the street and the pool on the property looked amazing. The street does get some traffic, especially around rush hour but we didn't even hear it. There were some nice details in the house like charging cords at just about every lamp, makeup mirrors, snacks, and a well stocked kitchen. There was a TON of space including a finished basement. Communication was great with the owners. I really could not think of anything that could have been better. With family in the area, this will be our first stop when we need our own space while in the area. Thank you!!

Halloween weekend

Our family and 2 siblings plus their families came to Cincy to run the Spooky Sprint. The pricing was comparable to hotels but nice that we all got to be together in one home. We all ran/walked in the race came home to nice hot water for everyone! Didn’t have to wait for the water to heat up. Very close to restaurants, stores, etc. Jungle Jims is about 5 min away. Instead of ordering in pizza we just shopped and grilled steaks etc. The home was very clean, enough room for us all to be comfortable, and easy to get to. The only con would be that we’re all from the country so the outside lights/noise (cars, street lights) were kinda annoying but i eventually got so tired i fell asleep. The Keurig was a nice addition to have and the snacks were great after the long drive. The basement was big enough for kids to play their Xbox. We had a minor issue or two and we called Ben who called/texted back right away and answered the questions we had. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it. Would like to come back to enjoy the pool and deck when the weather is warmer. Thank you!!
