Our massive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern two story villa situated in the exclusive Calabay Parc at Tower Lake sub-division is just 18 miles from Disney World along Highway 27. This gated resort has its own lake, boat ramp, and nearby shopping.

The house was great for a spring break trip. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub, enjoyed the game room and had plenty of space for those who had to work or do school work. Close to everything and a relaxing trip! Owners were super responsive!

Great vacation in Florida

We very much enjoyed our stay in Haines City, FL and had a relaxing vacation. The booking procedure was swift and Brad and Joan were very responsive throughout our stay and answered our questions instantly. The house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep. The kids especially loved the Minions bedroom, the (heated) pool, and the movie theater. Overall a really nice and well equipped home in a perfect location to enjoy the many attractions in the area.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at this property! Our kids (ranging in age from 8 to 15) enjoyed the pool, pool table, and arcade cabinet. The location is excellent. It is close to a Walmart and several fast food places and restaurants. It is about a half an hour away from Disney and Legoland. The property managers are very attentive and reply to messages promptly!

The owners are easy to contact, very accommodating! The house was amazing! The 3 large and comfortable beds plus the other comfy beds made it easy for my family to get a good nights rest after long days of visiting beaches and parks!! The pool area was amazing with a wonderful clean pool and a large covered area for sitting and having coffee in the morning! The theatre room was amazing! 8 large comfy recliners and a large screen with a projector made it very easy to sit and relax and enjoy a movie at night!!! Highly recommend this villa!

Absolutely a Beautiful Villa

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this villa during our Disney vacation. This home away from home, was absolutely what we were looking for when booking for our large family. The pool was perfect for the kids after a long day at parks. We especially loved the theater room ! One of the main reasons in booking was the location , it felt very safe and comfortable and was a short drive to-the parks. We had a wonderful time during our stay . Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome house! Everything was exactly as listed! When we arrived in Orlando the car rental company that we had rented from three months prior was completely sold out of cars not just for us but for about 200 other customers. So finally arriving at the property at midnight we so so elated to find the property very clean, extremely well stocked with all kitchen needs, and the pool was amazing! Expirence was fantastic. Communication with the property owner was spot on. House was exactly like advertised. The one thing we would do differently next time is spring for the gas. We figured the pool would be warm enough in August in Florida but it got a little chilly at night and when it rained. Overall perfect size for family of 9, with plenty to keep the kids entertained... We didnt go to the parks but was very close driving distance..

Florida STAYcation was as advertised!!!

Chose this property based on its amenities, as our family decided to have a STAYcation Florida style! Since we were not visiting the big parks this trip it was all about relaxation. The house, pool, hot tub, and theatre room were just as advertised. We swam all day, watched movies and Netflix on the large theatre screen all night, slept in the next morning, woke up and hit repeat! For us it couldn’t have been better for our trip. Location was great, plenty of options for different food places that we don’t have in MN. My kids loved having their own king size beds and bathrooms. Owners were in contact to let us know we could check in early, and when I had a question the response was extremely quick. Our family had a fantastic time and are already talking with some friends about when we could all head down together.

Wonderful place to stay!

I recently stayed at the villa with my daughter and her 2 year old and 8 month old. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I would not hesitate to stay there again. When I rented it, I thought the theatre room was nice, but probably not something we would use. I was so wrong. We used it almost nightly. They kitchen is well done and well stocked. Every room is decorated nicely and well maintained. You can tell the care and thought that goes into this villa. It even had everything we needed for the baby. There was a pack and play, high chair and strollers. The pool and hot tub area was just beautiful. Don't hesitate, rent it!

If you are looking to book a home for your Disney vacation, look no further! The minute we booked, the property owner Brad was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The house was very spacious! We were a total of 8 people, including two children and everyone had their own space to relax! We really enjoyed the pool and the theatre room! It was really great to be able to spend the day at the parks, and come “Home” to relax at the end of every night! The house has everything you could possibly need and then some! It was also very accommodating for children and babies! I loved the Pool fence! Definitely gave me piece of mind! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this villa! A Great House - clean, cozy and well supplied

We rent a home for our family reunion in the Orlando area every year and this house was stocked THE best of all the 5 previously rented homes. At other places we have had to use paper plates and cups because there weren't even enough plates and glasses for the 8 to 10 of us. I didn't count, but this home probably had 20+ plates and 40+ glasses. It also had plenty of flatware and lots and lots of pots and pans. It also had a wide variety of items for the baby - high chair, cribs, etc. Also, there were PLENTY of towels which have been in short supply in other houses. The theater room was great fun too! Lastly, Brad was so responsive and easy to work with as was Robin. Thank you for sharing your home and being so accommodating.

Immaculate home away from home

Wow! This villa is beautiful! 7 of us were extremely comfortable and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day at Disney. We did pay for the pool to be heated and it was worth every penny! We all slept very comfortably. We didn’t really get to take full advantage of the movie theater and game room because the weather was sunny and perfect the entire week. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and pretty much had everything we needed. I would also highly recommend using Instacart for grocery and alcohol delivery. It was nice to relax and not have to worry about the grocery shopping once we got to the villa. This villa felt like home as soon as we walked in. I will be recommending it to everyone I know and we hope to return soon! Thank you Brad for everything!

Amazing Villa!

This villa was the perfect choice for us! We loved every part of the home. We hung outside in the lanai, pool and hot tub area most of the time when we were home. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. All furniture throughout the villa is new and the villa is extremely clean and well thought out and organized. Everything you need is supplied. Just bring food and drinks! Brad, the owner is amazing. He contacted me immediately after I reserved the home. And he stayed in contact with me throughout my stay. Brad is a great host! And Robin the property manager was great too. Both Brad and Robin respond very quickly to any question you may have. This is the perfect place for a family who are planning to go to Disney and Universal. This was a Disney trip for us and the distance to the parks aren’t far at all. Very clean and modern villa with EVERYTHING you need. We will be back next year, when we visit Universal Studios and Disney again. Thanks Brad!

Amazing Stay

Everything was amazing from the moment we booked the property to the time we checked out. The Villa is modern with newer furniture. The owners are very responsive to messages. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response, so communication was great! The villa was super accommodating for our party of 10 and offered so many things to do. Whether it was playing a game of pool, hanging out under the lanai, playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing old school arcade games, Play Station games or watching movies in the Theater room, we all had a blast! There were enough chairs between two dining tables that we could all sit and eat at the same time. That was really nice. Another wonderful feature was having 5 bathrooms! The Villa was stocked well with plenty of dishes, cookware and towels! We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated but didn’t realize they work together so the pool was too warm for us, since the outdoor temperature was in the 90’s. That wasn’t a problem and the Property Manager was able to turn it off for us. The owners are very understanding and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again, the next time we are in the Orlando area. The location was convenient for us as well and had plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

Wonderful Villa! Very clean, well stocked, extremely responsive caretakers!

We were two families staying in this spacious & comfortable villa for what we call a “no parks trip”, meaning we spent all of the 7 days at the villa & enjoying everything it had to offer. This very clean & well maintained home is fully stocked with all the amenities you could think of, plus more! Brad is an attentive and welcoming host with wonderful communication. Robin, the property manager, is easy to contact and very responsive to any needs. Craig is not only quick & efficient with pool maintenance but also very friendly and a delight to chat with. The main reasons we picked this home above others are the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, the privacy of the pool area from the side neighbors, the size of the covered lanai as well as the air conditioned theater/game room. We were pleased with all of these and each were above our expectations. The extras that made our stay even more enjoyable & show Brad really cares for his guests: quantity and quality of bath & pool towels available extremely well stocked, updated kitchen with open floor plan 2nd fridge/freezer in the theater room theater screen & high quality, comfortable theater seating play station games & pool table amount of seating & large table on the lanai the TV on the lanai towel drying racks in the pool area pool floats & toys usage of the BBQ grill included in rental price The only thing we can say against this villa is the traffic noise from Bates Road, which backs up to this house (the pinpoint location on homeaway’s map is not correct and does not reflect the true location of the house). However, this did not hinder our vacation or the enjoyment of the pool area, in fact we spend most of our time in the pool/hot tub and dining on the lanai. Wonerful, Wonderful, WONDERFUL!!

There's TOO much to say about this property, so I'll try to keep it short and in list format. 1. Brad was so easy to work with. He replies quickly to all messages. 2. The check-in process was quick and easy (always a plus after a flight) 3. The scent. I'm a huge fan of nice smells, so I had to put this near the top of the list. As soon as you open the front door, you are greeted by what I can only describe as the smell of an autumn bakery (if that's even a thing). I'm not sure what the scent is, but it was VERY nice. It's something 99% of owners don't consider. I really appreciated that. 4. The photos are great, but this place is amazing in person. My 2 sons especially loved the theater room. We played Minecraft all week on the large projector screen. All rooms were great, but the Master on the main floor was luxury all the way! Surprisingly, my sons bypassed the 2 themed rooms upstairs and opted for one of the other Master suites. They wanted a big boy room. The pool area was perfectly secluded on all sides with huge exotic looking plants on the back side of the property. It was like being in your own private paradise. FYI, the max depth is 5 feet. Just a piece of info I always inquire about. The outdoor TV and outdoor ceiling fan was a big plus. We ate all our meals out on the pool deck and binged lots of Pokemon on Netflix. We were in the pool EVERY day! 5. The kitchen is fully stocked and very well decorated. 6. The gated community is very well maintained and peaceful. I will say this particular property backs to a public street on the other side of the wall, so you do get a bit of road noise (nothing crazy though). I'm a city guy, so it didn't bother me. 7. The worst part of this experience was the check-out; we didn't want to do it. LOL There are other details I could share, but I believe what I shared will help you make your decision. Pulling into the driveway of this place felt like coming home each day. My wife, my sons, and I look forward to doing this again. Best family vacation ever! Thanks Brad!!

My family had a great time. Brad & Joan were great if we had any questions they answered right away.

Had a great time everything was clean and a lot of room for the family. Love to be able to relax outside and watch a movie by the pool that is awesome to have. My son like the games they had. I would stay here again without question. Nice to see that we we’re token care of even after we got there lot of places are done with you after you pay but not brad & Joan they really make your stay amazing.

Why they chose this property

This is not your typical Disney villa rental. We visit several times a year to ensure our home will exceed your expectations upon arrival. We are constantly making upgrades and as such the photos you see on this website are current and accurate unlike others that are taken at the time they are constructed and never updated.

Furthermore, we believe that we are in the very best location. Prior to purchasing we rented in communities throughout the Disney area and found Calabay to be our favourite. The quiet area combined with a multitude of restaurants, shops, and stores makes it the perfect area to stay. Close to Disney but just outside the very busy parks.
