Fabulous escape on Crescent Beach

This is a unique and tranquil getaway location. The fantastic Crescent beach and Matanzas inlet is a vast expansive ocean wilderness full of sea life and nature. Taking a walk on the wide powder sand will create a memory forever.
Our beautiful larger end unit has been updated with high quality furnishings and a fully working kitchen. We are in the phase 4 section at the Southern end of the complex where you get an unobstructed view of the south oceanfront and national wildlife preserve. And a clear view of the spacecraft launchings on your back balcony. You can choose the northern or southern balconies to sit on. It is the quieter building with less traffic in the parking lot.
The complex has Pickle Ball ,Tennis and Basketball courts, Playground, Picnic tables and charcoal BBQ, and Fitness room and 4 climate controlled pools
This is at the end of the island making it a quiet peaceful getaway from the hustle bustle. But a short drive to the wonderful city of lights St Augustine the first city in the USA. We had a great time while staying at the property! Communication was good. It was super easy to access the condo.We brought our own beach shade but used the chairs provided. We would stay again.

We love Summerhouse! My family has been staying there for a number of years - you can’t beat the location, the beach, the pool, the amenities, or the weather. We love Summerhouse because it allows the family to be close yet separate at the end of the day for a bit of quiet time. The area continues to grow but we have never felt like we were over crowded.

Very nice, very roomy and very clean! Our first time in St. Augustine and stay here with my wife and our two young boys and we had plenty of room and everything was perfect. Great location to pool and beach!

LOVE SUMMERHOUSE

My family has been staying at Summerhouse for over 25 years. We each get a different condo so we can have our own space but we take turns hosting dinner. You can’t go wrong with location, each space is either ocean front or ocean view. Each phase has their own pool and is just steps from the beach. It makes entertaining kids EASY - beach then pool or pool then beach! What makes your stay extra nice is the unit you stay in - is it clean, in working order, well stocked, etc. Joe and Mary’s place checked all the boxes. I hosted dinner one night and my family loved the extra space of being a corner unit, the windows on the side, the well stocked kitchen and the updates. It was a FAB visit, only complaint was that it wasn’t long enough.
