Room was clean, when booked Vrbo did not have actual hotel name listed so we were unsure if was the correct place at 1st. Beautiful lobby area. Let the feont desk know thermostat seemed to be locked at temp, and phone was sticky so unable to use it to call down. They offered to move us rooms but we stayed. Just wanted them aware so we didn't get charged for damage we didn't do. 2nd night toilet plugged, sent maintenence up twice to fix. Offered to move rooms but again if can fix it why move all of our things (with kids IFYKYK). Pool area is not heated. Water was warm the kids said but I was cold in a sweater and jeans sitting pool side while the kids swam. Small electric heater in pool area (probably not the safest idea) and doors open the hallways to heat the pool area. Small issues all fixable and we are staying again this coming weekend.
