About this property

Our home is great for a stay in Bryan/College Station. We are centrally located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, allowing you to get anywhere in town within a few minutes. Our home is minutes from the Texas A&M Campus and just 4.2 miles from Kyle Field! Multiple indoor and outdoor sitting spaces make it great for hanging out. We have a fully equipped kitchen. We also offer multiple T.V.s with Roku. We have a fire pit and BBQ pit for outdoor entertainment. The entire place is yours. If you plan on having guests over, please communicate with us. Also, quiet time hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Graduation get together

Hidden Gem in Bryan!

Last minute decided to book a gathering place for the football weekend. This home was in Bryan, which was actually perfect because it's close enough to access all things Aggieland without being in the middle of the crazy for a game weekend. We were hosting an early Thanksgiving with my student and some of her friends. Krista has done a great job, especially with the kitchen. I brought everything i could think of just in case, but I needn't have worried - from basic pantry essentials (sugar, flour, cooking oils, even some spices) to cooking and baking supplies, it was there and available for use! The backyard patio, firepit, and cornhole were the icing on the cake! The bar made buffet-style serving for a large family a breeze and the indoor/outdoor seating meant no one had to eat standing up! The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Check-in and out procedures were some of the easiest I've experienced! A 3/2 would be perfect for sharing with another family next time, making the cost even more reasonable! Almost hesitant to leave such a great review . . . because I'd rather keep this hidden gem to myself for the next few years! Thanks Dyer Family for a great weekend!
