Fantastic 2nd Stay

Dan’s townhome is like our home away from home!! Very quiet property centrally located to all College Station has to offer!! Easy check in and check out. Dan is super easy to work with!! The townhome has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or a prolonged stay!!!

this property is awesome and in the perfect location for visiting college station. it’s in a quiet area just off campus but close enough to the action that you have no trouble getting around!

COLLEGE STATION GEM

2nd stay here. Well appointed, cozy, clean and the owners have thoughtfully provided all the amenities you need. Linens were ultra clean and the beds so comfortable. Pet friendly community and they even have a little (very little) dog park for off leash potty breaks. Love staying here and will miss visiting after the Aggie graduates. 👍

I (Dan Ertl) grew up in a little Eastern Iowa town called Dyersville Iowa home of the Field of Dreams and Farm Toy Capital of the world. I am the youngest of 5 children, my father managed a die casting factory and was a hobby farmer, I grew up working on farms and in die casting factories. I went to a Tech school and worked as a design engineer for 5 years. I moved to Estes Park Colorado in 1999 and after a series of unfortunate events I finally met the love of my life Kelly (Angell) Richardson while she was living in Colorado. I have 1 daughter and Kelly has 2 boys and 2 girls. My daughter and her youngest still live with us in Estes Park and are very active in sports, dance, and cheer. I own and operate a small plumbing and heating company and manage another vacation rental (Rustic Dream Cabin 4311558 on www.VRBO.com) in Estes Park where we have a 360-degree view of mountains, the grandeur of The Rock Mountain National Park is in our blood, but that being said Kelly is originally from San Marcos Texas and you can take the girl out of Texas but you can’t take Texas out of the girl. Kelly worked in the corporate world most of her adult life and now teaches dance, cheer, and assorted classes as well as privates. We plan to frequent this condo throughout the year and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
