This adorable cottage is less than a mile from campus which makes it the perfect place to stay for game days or anytime in Aggieland! It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The sofa turns into a queen bed in the living room. Included for the sleeper sofa is a mattress topper to add to the comfort. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, mini charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, Wifi and all bath linens. There is a park just down the street with a playground and a walking trail. Reserve this new little cottage for anything from a weekend getaway to a month long work trip! Permit #2020-000036

Stayed one night by myself and it was perfect for me! Clean and close to restaurants. Was in a quiet neighborhood. The window unit shuts on and off every 3 minutes and it’s pretty loud. So took me a little getting used to when I first fell asleep. But it was perfect for me staying by myself.
