This adorable cottage is less than a mile from campus which makes it the perfect place to stay for game days or anytime in Aggieland! It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The sofa turns into a queen bed in the living room. Included for the sleeper sofa is a mattress topper to add to the comfort. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, mini charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, Wifi and all bath linens. There is a park just down the street with a playground and a walking trail. Reserve this new little cottage for anything from a weekend getaway to a month long work trip! Permit #2020-000036

Weekend reunion

This guest house was perfect for my husband and I - and our 2 dogs. All the amenities (small kitchen, comfy living room, comfortable bed and bath, keypad for entering, fenced in yard, across the street from Thomas Park). It was clean, quiet and the host was very responsive to our questions.

Just Lovely

Check in was very simple, it was so nice to not have to keep up with a key!The building looks small outside but when you go in it's a good size. I was impressed with the bathroom size most of all.The bedroom bed slept good but well, y'all know pull out couches, there's always an evil bar. They had extra pillows (we brought our own) so we just laid that on the bar!Everything you could need for cooking including flour and sugar is neatly tucked in the kitchen.Loved the decor here, and the outdoor seating!We had a little hiccup with one of the AC units (as things age they just stop working) and it needed to be replaced. The owner was very quick to respond and get someone out!Would love to come back when visiting family again.

Perfect little cottage

The little blue cottage couldn't be better located to campus and shops, but still very quiet. The shaded patio was perfect. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We felt right at home and would 10/10 stay here again.

Good for one night!

This property was great for what we needed (it is very cute) but there were a couple things that we think could be better. Response rate was kinda slow, directions were a little confusing for parking, and unfortunately there were bugs in the bathroom.

Great place for us and our dogs...

This was a great overnight place to crash with our dogs when we came to visit our daughter for her birthday. The yard made it easy to let them roam some and not have to be leashed constantly when outside. Will def book again when we go back.
