We call this home the cottage "charm-house!" A chic mix of farmhouse cottage charm throughout the home creates a warm and inviting experience for our guests that leaves them longing to return.

Shiplap adorns the walls in every room. The tin ceiling in the kitchen and dining room takes our guests back to grandma's house. Updated throughout, this home offers a combination of farmhouse/cottage charm along with modern fixtures throughout.

Attention has been given to every detail throughout the home. Quality furnishings, appliances, dishes, linens, and more give our guests a fantastic experience.

Great place

Came in for a regional Bible drill at FBCS. The house was in a good location for everything around the town. Wish we had planned to stay long. Definitely will book this place again if it opens. The host was quick to respond. Love this place!

Perfect Cottage in College Station

My husband and I absolutely adored this cottage! Everything in it was perfectly clean, updated, charming, and beautiful! We intended to have our sons and their wives stay with us while attending Aggie ring day for our daughter. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy for the three couples. Located in a quiet area of town, and still close to restaurants, campus, and events. Five stars.

Great stay!

Great accommodations for our family of six! Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, host was quick to respond and very friendly. We were in town for the Easter weekend, and the host put out adorable Easter decor for us! Great location.

Perfect house

The house is even better in person than online. It has everything you need and more. It’s decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay there again when we are College Station.

My husband and I have loved raising our family in Bryan/College Station. We lived in town next to TAMU for 17 years and we recently moved to the country. We enjoy reconstructing properties. I draw up the plans, and my husband contracts the work. I am a real estate broker in Bryan/College Station who specializes in residential real estate sales, leasing, and property management. My husband raises cattle and remodels homes. We truly enjoy each other and our family!

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the Camp House. It is located directly across from the new College Station Police Department and is on the path to Central Park, one block away. The park is lovely, has a pond, fabulous Christmas lights during the holidays, a pavilion for parties, a basketball court, and a new playground and splash pad. We really couldn't ask for much better access to College Station park and recreation. The home is close to TAMU campus. We had a fantastic time remodeling this home and turning it into a farmhouse cottage in town!

What makes this property unique

It so happens that the Farmhouse "look" is in style at this time, but Neil and I have always had a nostalgic heart. We selected tin tiles for the ceiling in the kitchen and dining room. Neil took reclaimed barn wood from his family farm outside of Cisco, TX to add features to make the hand-crafted bathroom cabinets. He adorned the walls with shiplap boards. There are so many neat features to the home. We are still in the process of adding artwork and charm to the home, but everything that is done has been done with purpose. We think you'll love this home and your time here as much as we do.
