Accommodation facilities are located in close proximity to the sea, beaches and the city center (about 5 to 10 min walk) and next to the popular tourist resort of San Simon Resort.
Apartments Villa Marittima**** offers extremely comfortable accommodation for 4 people on the surface of approx. 65 m2, with a living area and fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. Two double rooms with balcony have a beautiful view on the grassy surroundings where are mighty 200-year old olive trees, which are a symbol of our land. Standard apartment equipment includes also a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a cable TV and unlimited internet access.
The villa also provides an additional offer such as the use of the outdoors area “Welcome point”, “Club” in the basement, Wine Bar and Spa - Finnish sauna. Parking is possible at a free public parking lot next to the accommodation capacities.
