We had a bit of a mix-up with our check-in but the host quickly resolved it. The unit was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on return visits to Ashland.

Practically Perfect In Every Way

This is one of the finest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and we have traveled extensively. It is bright, clean, very well appointed and in the heart of everything Ashland. Do yourself a favor and book this place while you can!

Downtown Ashland Confo

Perfect place for a weekend getaway to Ashland. Condo is beautiful and location in downtown allows walking to all shows, shops, and dining. Only downside was low flow from shower head

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted a modern condo with enough separate spaces to spread out and relax within walking distance to the best restaurants and Lithia Park and this place delivered. It was almost perfect - minor flaw was a slightly low shower pressure- but that is honestly the only thing that wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Loved having the 1. 5 bathrooms, the balcony sitting area, and comfortable sofa. It was immaculately clean and had good linens. When we come to Ashland again we will stay here

I was initially impressed when I walked into this unit. It was spacious, clean and the appliances and kitchen utensils were of good quality. The Unit’s air-conditioning was set too high when I arrived and the air was actually cold, but the only instructions were to go to a TV channel named in the greeting sheet. There were no written instructions on how to make a change. The stove was gas, which I do not have at home, and again, there were no written instructions. I scrolled through all the channels on the TV, and finally used SEARCH. It turned out it was a YouTube channel, and that it was only an advertisement for their service, no instructions. Then, the air-conditioning went out. I called the manager and he said he would get maintenance over to fix it, and I told him I looked for instructions and he told me the TV/YouTube instructions were not working! Later I texted again about the air-conditioning and was told the owners said maintenance did not work on the weekends. To the manager’s credit he offered me another unit for my last night, but I declined the offer. This is a case where a lovely looking unit on the surface had a lot of hidden problems.
