Gray's Landing in Ocean Lakes

A beautiful get away for a small family located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground! The home has a King bed, Full bed, Full size bathroom and an outdoor enclosed shower as well with hot and cold water. Fully stocked kitchen. High speed internet. This is an absolutely lovely home in Ocean Lakes and the perfect get a way!!! The home has a covered front porch with a rotating TV to view while drinking coffee, having a glass of wine or watching the game. All bedrooms and living room also have a TV.

Must be 25 years or older to rent this site. It does come with a complimentary golf cart and you MUST be 21 years or older to drive this cart. 4 complimentary beach chairs to use during your stay with us and some beach and sand toys for the kids!

Check in is 3pm
Check out is 10am

No smoking inside the home
No pets
No parties

You must bring your own sheets and towels unless you would like to rent them for your stay and this can be arranged prior to arrival!

The campground has a TON of amenities available and most FREE to whoever is staying in the campground: pools (indoor and outdoor), waterpark, basketball court, shuffle board, corn hole boards, 2 children's parks, a doggie park, seasonal games and activities that are going on in the rec center and much MORE!!!

AS OF 2023 Ocean Lakes Family Campground have STRICTLY enforced a NON ALCOHOL ON CART or OUT IN CAMPGROUND POLICY,
PLEASE DO NOT HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS ON OUR COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART. THEY NO LONGER ARE GIVING WARNINGS, THEY ARE JUST HANDING OUT CITATIONS!!! You will be the one responsible for paying the $500 fine if caught doing so or caught driving underage.

*** All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.***

It was a lovely house that was newly renovated and a erfect size for my family of 4. The kitchen had all the needed utensils to cook and prepare food there and it was very clean. Will be looking to stay there again!

Best Long Weekend.

The house was exactly what we needed. Simple and spacious. The deck had amazing seating! The golf cart was one of the best we have had at OL. Having beach toys really helped us out too! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Place!

This was a great vacation weekend and a wonderful place to stay. The house was better than we imagined and the check-in process was very easy. The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this property to anybody!

Great Getaway Beach House

This was such a cute beach house, perfect for our family of four. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all that we needed away from home. The golf cart, which is a must for us at OL, was also really nice. The property manager made sure the check in process would go smoothly by getting us all we needed ahead of time and she checked on us to see if we needed anything while we were there. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Summer getaway

Everything was as listed. Only issue was parking. I have a full size pickup which was unable to utilize the very narrow driveway. I had to park in the overflow lot and walk back and forth…thankfully it didn’t rain

Thought everything was good until we left….

I thought everything was fine until our drive home when I received a message from the owner stating that the cleaner said the house smelled like smoke and some debris were found in a drawer. I immediately responded once I read the message to inform the owner that this did not happen and that if he would check his outdoor camera that he would see that we made a family member go outside on the porch to smoke that was visiting from another home the last two nights we were there. I have stayed at Ocean Lakes for many years and rented several homes and this has never happened before until now. Not only did the owner accuse us of this he didn’t even wait for me to respond before I received a notification that my card was being charged. Normally I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this has really upset me. The house overall is nice but the one bedroom is extremely tight. The driveway is difficult because you have to move your car out to get the golf cart out or to pull it back in so we parked our car in the over flow parking which was not ideal. As far as location goes we had to keep the doors and blinds closed pretty much the whole time due to the neighbors in front of the home constantly staring in the windows at us while on the couch or sitting at the table. Bathroom size is good since there is only one. Overall the house was ok it was just the communication with the owner at the end, the parking and being stared at constantly. We didn’t even go on the porch that much due to this.
