Nice, but not clean

Very nice property, but I found hairs in the bathtub, inside the refrigerator, and on the floor. The rugs were filthy and Im not sure when they were last vacuumed, but by the looks of it I would say never. The walls are thin, I could hear those in rooms next to me.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. This is not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have addressed this with our cleaning team. We also understand that noise can be a concern in the historic building. As always, we are available during your stay to fix problems. We are just a phone call away. Again, I apologize.
