Cozy Studio in Virgin
About this space
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This studio is at the end of a Cul-De-Sac in a residential area. It backs up to Virgin Falls Park and thousands of BLM acres. Its so quiet you can hear the Virgin River that is behind the back yard just a 5 min walk. You have a shared patio if someone is renting the one bedroom apt. But otherwise its a very private location. I live upstairs in my unit and share no space with you.
The space
Your space is a great studio with a coffee press, Mr. Coffee, tea kettle, microwave, small fridge, your own bathroom with a full bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, teals soaking bubble bath and liquid oil of olay bath soap, hair dryer, towels and towels to take to the river. Please shake out all sand from towels or leave them outside upon departure.
Guest access
You have a patio with a BBQ and table outside for eating. This unit is not great for cooking in it just a kitchenette. Breakfast only.
Other things to note
There is a one bedroom unit next to you that may be rented at the time you rent. I also live upstairs in a separate unit. Everybody has their own door to units. I do not share any space with you.

We loved staying here! The place was spotless and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Easy access to Zion and in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Cheryl was a very kind host and was happy to answer any questions. Can't wait to stay here again someday!

Studio apartment roomy and spotless. Comfortable bed, kitchen stocked.Patio was well furnished, beautiful view of the mountains. River and swimming hole at end of property. Outdoor shower!

My neighborhood has the most AMAZING views ! Zion National Park, Monkey Mesa! Pinevalley and Gooseberry Mesa! Come see for yourself! Acres and acres of mountain biking trails right behind our house!

Just Quiet! Listen to the river! No houses on 3 sides of the house and none for miles behind me, Its scenery can not be beat !
